Quick handling of the complaint I would like to thank the entire team, especially the owner of the PVhurt store Grzegorz Kulikowski - for understanding and quickly resolving the situation below. After the standard procedure for installing the Inventor Deye, we discovered mechanical damage to the touch screen display, which only became apparent after turning on the display (a hidden defect in the device made it impossible to set it up and use it). We informed PVhurt about this situation, from where Grzegorz contacted us immediately and immediately began to resolve the situation. The new inverter was delivered a few days later, directly to the end customer's address in Slovakia, and we sent the faulty inverter back immediately. Thank you once again for your understanding, prompt and constructive solution without unnecessary delays, as well as excellent communication, which is invaluable especially in such cases.
