Where do I even begin? Yesterday was my moving day, and we decided to try and not use movers to save a little money. Never again. Everything that could possibly go wrong, went wrong. We were supposed to be moved in fully by 4:30 pm yesterday. Instead, we had barely gotten the truck loaded by 6 pm, and my partner had other commitments today. That left us with no clue how we were going to get anything moved… Enter LIOO. I contacted them around 6 pm and I got a phone call within 2 minutes of my request. I mean, how is that even possible?? I was worried I would have a hard time finding someone to come out with just over 12 hours notice, but the employee that called me didn’t miss a beat. He immediately gave me 3 different times that he could send over movers, and when I asked for a slight adjustment, he accommodated me. The next morning, I woke up thinking I might have booked a scam company in my exhaustion, because, really, what company can fulfill such a last minute move with no extra fees? It seemed too easy. I was wrong. It really was that easy. Chris and Deontae were on time and ready to hustle. While they moved everything efficiently and carefully, they were also extremely kind, courteous, and personable. Between trips up the shares we chatted about all sorts of things. They ran almost every item by me to ensure that things were where I wanted them to be. I hate just standing by, so I tried to help out by grabbing some smaller items and carrying them up myself. Each time I was immediately hit with a “Maddie, stop. We got you.” They were amazing. Were they the cheapest movers I’ve ever hired? No. However, I didn’t have them bumping furniture, dropping things, or any of the other things that have happened when I hired the cheapest quote. They are also far from the most expensive quote I got. I’ve also never had movers care so much about making sure things were exactly right and going out of their way to chat with me and reassure me about different pieces/requests I had concerns about. I was in a tough spot, and would’ve paid far more for the quality of service I received. If you’re reaching the end of this review and DON’T want to hire these guys, I really don’t know what else I can do. I’m hoping not to move for a while, but if I do, I know who I’m calling.

LIOO Moving saved the day by having sudden notice availability after our initial self-moving solution cancelled on us. Christopher and Tyler helped us and it couldn't have been a better experience. The two young men assigned to my move were great. They were very respectful and professional. I didn't have a lot to move but they wrapped everything to ensure there was no damage. The move took about 3 hours and I was please with the service and pricing and will recommend LIOO moving to family and friends for future moves.

They even put together furniture for us that wasn't put together when they picked it up. Great group of guys and well worth the money! I need to shout out Donnell, we had some bumps in the road and we could not have asked for a better person to work with. The quickest I’ve ever seen someone move furniture and the most positive attitude that made moving go from a dreadful event to getting excited. Donnell worked so hard and put so much effort into making sure everything was secure and set up correctly. I hope everyone gets the chance to work with someone like him, he did an unbelievable job!

LIOO representative were very professional from start to finish. I contacted LIOO to move some furniture and household items from a storage container to the house. When I submitted the request on Thumbtack, they contacted me right away and scheduled the service without issues. Everything was explained in a clear manner (no surprises). The two movers arrived on time (at least 15 min early); started at the scheduled time and finished the move on time. They didn’t waste time and they didn’t do a rush job. The pricing was extremely competitive and they offered a faster delivery window. It was such a pleasant experience for the move, which is anxiety inducing already. They had the place loaded up safely and quickly. What I loved most was getting texted updates throughout the trip about their location or when they stopped for food/etc. I appreciated the communication and the care.
