The man had a tough time with my stubborn teeth and he always worried through the whole process if I was ok. I highly recommend Bright Smiles for your dentist office. Also they don’t send you other places to get the work done. They do it there❣️

Sarah the dental hygienist was amazing! This is the one type of doctors appt that gives me the most anxiety but she was very gentle and checking in on me often and easing my anxiety! It was also great conversating with her and the doctor!

I had a crown that was placed few years ago come off unexpectedly. I called the office and they were incredibly helpful and gave me an appointment within a couple of hours. The dentist Dr. Venkatesh took care of it right away and fixed the crown quickly. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and I really appreciated how they accommodated me on such short notice. Great service and very professional care. Highly recommend!

Root canal went wonderfully, but much pain and was completed in a timely manner. Really happy with my current results.

I first came to this dental clinic scared because I had an epileptic seizure and broke my front teeth. My first dentist, Dr. Tomei, was the best I've ever seen, and the care was extraordinary. Then I decided to have all my teeth fixed one by one, and to this day, Dr. Venkatesh, Jackie, and the rest of the nurses give me the utmost care, especially since I'm very sensitive to anesthesia. I'm so grateful to have them nearby and available for my dental care. Thank you so much.

We have been coming to the clinic for a couple of years and it has been a good experience. The doctors are good and the staff is extremely helpful. They are open on weekends which is convenient. A shout out to Prachi at the front desk who has been super helpful in scheduling appointments, following up at the right time, providing detailed information on the treatment and insurance details. Keep up the good work!!!

This is a great place for delicate procedures. I have had a tooth extraction and one crown with no pain. Absolutely professional, anyone who fears the dentist should look no further. Also you don't have to worry about wether any other doctor will operate because it's just the one, Dr. Vinh, who takes time and makes sure to keep your comfort in mind.

Yesterday I had my tongue tie released with Dr. V, Jackie and Albina. They were all very sweet and comforting! Dr. V was very quick and gentle with the numbing and the procedure was quick and painless! I did not realize how many AMAZING benefits this procedure can offer! 1 thing I noticed right away was the ability to swallow easily, which I never knew I was straining/ struggling before. This morning I woke up feeling well rested (which is not usually the case) and had little to NO facial and or neck tension! thank you Dr. V! If you have been thinking about getting your tongue tie released or if you want to know if you have one let this be your sign to give Bright Smiles a call!

I went in for wisdom tooth pain today and saw Dr. De Vere. I have bad dentist anxiety and was immediately put at ease by the gals that checked me in, the dental assistant by which I wish could be with me through all my future doctor and dentist appts because she was fabulous and so calming. I was pleased when they actually only wanted to discuss what I came in for. No pushiness to talk about the other dental issues I have or any upselling. I must have had the most stubborn wisdom tooth this side of the sun because bless his heart.. Dr. De Vere whipped out every tool and skill he had. When I felt I needed a break he did not get frustrated with me. He had the patience of a saint and was so skillful in removing the tooth. I will be going back for a normal exam in the near future!

I recently had my second appointment with Lieutenant Colonel DeVere and his wonderful assistants, Nadeja and Albina—truly a splendid experience! Initially, the good doctor flagged a tooth for a root canal, but since it wasn’t causing me discomfort, he graciously honored my request for a filling instead. LT DeVere and his team worked with remarkable efficiency and precision—I didn’t feel even the slightest pinch! They completed the procedure swiftly, and the assistants provided exceptional care throughout, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their services are reasonably priced, especially with the in-house GOLD PLAN Dental Insurance, which offers great value. I’m already looking forward to my next visit with this fantastic crew! I initially had an appointment for Saturday but called in today (Thursday) to see if there were any availabilities. To my surprise I was given an appointment within that hour. Dr. Sheba Was extremely sweet! She took really good care of me and made sure I was comfortable! She made me aware of every step throughout my deep cleaning procedure! This process was painless and I didn’t feel any discomfort. She was extremely patient with me. Even though I didn’t have dental insurance, they gave me a discount which helped a lot ! The staff were really nice and welcoming! This is my second visit to Bright Smiles and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Joy

I went in this morning with so much pain from a wisdom tooth growing in and impacted. They were friendly and able to see me right away in less than an hour I had my X-Ray and the wisdom tooth removed. Overall great experience and will be using them for my dental needs into the future.

Dr. Dallas and Dr. Marina were excellent! I was there for an unexpected appointment for my boyfriend on a Sunday and got my teeth cleaned as well. The experience was wonderful and they were both incredibly professional! The man at the front desk that helped me do my appointment was also marvelous and knowledgeable about the procedures and finances. I would highly recommend this location for your dentistry needs!

Dr. Dallas and Dr. Marina were quick and helpful to relieve the fractured tooth I had. Making the appointment was easy and I arrived within an hour. Dr. Dallas did everything he could to ensure the best care was given and was transparent with pricing.

The dentist and the assistants were very helpful in explaining the procedures. They also helped us to keep our little guy calm. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to family and friends.

No one likes going to their dentist so customer service really means a like when you do have to go. My recent experience at Reach Dental was A+++. Even though I had some major work done it was a very pleasurable experience. Overall, the staff was great and the dentist was superb. He explained every step of the procedure and his pricing was far above fair. I would recommend Reach Dental to anyone wanting great customer service._SD

Bright Smiles earned their 5 stars. I drove over 2 hours to this location because they were (1) open on a Saturday and (2) could make a same-day crown. The staff were all very nice and professional, explained the process to me, and got it done same day. Try searching for 'same day crown open on Saturday' and not many places come up. I'm grateful this one did!

The best dentist I've ever been to. Norma the receptionist is super sweet and great at her job. The techs are very nice. The office is modern yet very comfortable. Everything was easy and very smooth

Lindsey, Sheba, Dakota and Dr. David were fantastic. Felt at ease the whole time!

Dr. Venkatesh and her staff are the ultimate professionals from start to finish. Bright Smiles makes it easy to get an appointment and to quickly get treatment. It took several visits to get a mouth full of 30+ year old metal fillings that were failing replaced with modern white composite fillings. This was a quick and painless process that should keep me going for another 30+ years.

I been coming here for last year they have provided excellent service, will recommend anyone to come here

Lt Col De Vere and his lovely Russian assistant Inga are ABSOLUTE PROS. Recently I needed A LOT OF WORK DONE, they got me in at 8am EST and got down to business with surgical precision. Lt Col De Vere was very attentive and extremely skilled with a steady hand. His assistant Inga took great care of me while the doc did his work. Money well spent! I will be recommending all of my close associates to this Professional Dentistry Chain in Greater Atlanta. They have earned a customer in me for a long time! ;) -JD

Very friendly people who work here and helped me take better care of my teeth

Dr. J took great care of my sister! She came in for a cleaning and an exam. She was having bad tooth pain and needed an extraction and they were able to get her tooth taken out same day. Everyone in office was very kind will definitely be back

I love this dental practice. Not only are they awesome because of their Saturday availability (which works well with my work schedule), but they are always so kind and helpful when I go in to see them. Norma helped me reschedule my appointment promptly when I needed to move it due to work, and was smiling and inviting as soon as I walked in for my appointment today. Venky may be the person I’ve interacted with most throughout my years of going to this practice, and when we needed to update my plan of care, he gave me a rundown of my options and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would recommend Bright Smiles over and over and over again to anyone in the Cumming area whose insurance will cover their services. They are worth it in every way.
