Less than 24hrs I had a follow-up call and email from Quick Fix and confirmation of my appointment. The next day Jeff arrived promptly just after 11am and took apart the dryer identified the problem. Ordered the parts to replace and then called to organize to come over and install the new parts. It was 7pm! I couldn’t believe it but yet Jeff showed up and repaired the dryer. Unbelievable service from my initial email/call to Quick Fix to the quickest and most efficient and professional job. If you have an issue with your appliances Quick Fix is the answer.

I text this company around dinner time , I get immediate response . Then by 8pm that evening I have an appointment for 10am Monday , yes I said the next day . Two gentlemen show up check washer out and come to conclusion that there's nothing wrong, we overloaded the machine. I'm then only charged 140.00 plus tx. Now this is customer service. Within minutes of filling out the information on the website, Quick Fix had phoned me to get information about the dishwasher. They then quickly phoned me with a quote on the part price and labour price. Although I did not use their service, it was really appreciated that the quote was done so quickly and that we were not charged anything to get the quote.

My wife and I, who are quite mechanically inclined, had already done some tests, and everything was good. Phoned these guys, and Ed was incredibly helpful with a pretty instant over-the-phone diagnosis...this guy knows his stuff.
They don't like physically servicing appliances customers have already ripped apart (which I totally understand), so this help he didn't even really have to give was phenomenal.

We had him investigate an issue with our dryer and in order for him to fix it he had to disassemble the entire dryer. This was not an easy task but he did a great job and solved the problem with our dryer in a very timely manner.
We highly recommend Edward for any appliance repairs you may have!

Edward came to our rescue on Friday night of a long weekend after another company completely failed us on a dishwasher replacement /installation. the other company was unable to level the dishwasher and panel door explaining one or the other will have to be out, nothing they could do. They also could not proceed as an adaptor was needed but charges us $200 for their time.
Ed arrived the same night I called and had it set up perfectly in no time, following up with a missing adaptor and ensuring the job was done properly.
It is very rare these days to find his level of reliability, pride in workmanship and work ethic. He also has a great sense of humor. We can't thank him enough for going above and beyond for us, and we would not hesitate to recommend him for your appliance repair needs !! He is now our go to guy!!
