I went to Rise and Rinse on Saturday to wash large comforters. It was a very nice laundromat with several large washers and dryers. There were several people also washing clothes. There was a nice lady tsking laundry if you wanted them to wash. She helped me on options for detergent, liquid or pods so I didn’t mess things up. It was my first time and have to buy a card for $1, add money to wash. I made the mistake of adding $24 instead of $25 to cover washing $8/load for 30 min with automatic 3% convenience fee. If you need to add money to card it’s a $5 minimum. A nice lady washing clothes helped me with using washer since I kept removing the card then selecting start, instead of leaving card on reader to start load. The dryers are $1.25 for 17min. I am not sure if I did something wrong but tried to use the dryer but said I didn’t have enough money. I think it must have read my card but wasn’t clear I could start the dryer. I just took them home to dry. If you need to wash or dry, this is a nice location.

Prices are better than elsewhere. Accommodating parking. Automatic doors. Large washers and dryers available for oversized duvets, towles, rugs, etc. The establishment is also very clean and sterile. All machines are in working order. Customer service is fantastic. Latonya patiently walked me through each step with the laundry card machine and showed me how to use my the washers and dryers. She brought me a step ladder when she observed that I couldn't reach the top of the machines to pour in my detergents. I then had an emergency just as soon as I put my clothes in the machine to wash, and had to leave immediately. Latonya was so understanding and accommodating. I was able to return and peacefully finish my laundry after sorting out the emergency situation.

Attendant was very professional and helpful. Machines worked great. My clothes were cleaned and dried very well. Location was spotless. Purchasing wash card & loading money was very easy to do.
