



We had to go wireless as the copper connection was soon ceasing, and lightwire was available where we were sited. It was installed easily with no problems, and very tidily installed by the very friendly technician, we had a few initial problems with the new modem thing, which was rapidly corrected by the technician with a replacement, also we had intital problems with the phone, which again was quickly fixed, also we got excellent on line assistance from the help desk, which was a local chap, not some weird overseas funny accent guys, all in all, a great back up service.Everything now running smoothly and fine. It also runs off my P.C. UPS, so in the case of a power cut, we still have phone working.
