It was good at first however after informing me they had to fix a fire alarm before availability to rent a room they completely stopped contact without a word, I followed up multiple times and they failed to respond, I struggle to see how it takes longer than a month to fix some fire alarms and I would have hoped they'd have the decency to atleast reply to my messages, especially if they were not going to rent me a room but, whatever. Edit: I was not informed you were stopping the rentals in Stoke-On-Trent and if you were, why were you actively offering the room & make me fill out paperwork...
