They all have the magnification binocular glasses like at the dentist. They can do galvanic, thermal and blend type electrolysis. For numbers, they will zap typically 150-400 hairs per hour with thermolysis where 150 would be late stage (clear hair, old hair, regrowth weird hair) awkward stuff on the neck say and 400 would be Paula Bunyan with Babe the Needle slewing down a 4 day old virgin forest of dark hair on your cheek/jawline. Some of these electrologists are science nerds and can explain the process really well and know the process really well so you make best use of your time. Anogen/Telogen/bulb/sheath, the key to electrolysis is consistent schedule and clearing an area. You should probably do laser first (8-10 sessions over a year) prior to electrolysis because laser gets fastest results but isn’t necessarily permanent and doesn’t work equally on all hair types. Hopefully one day there will be laser at Real You hopefully also. Electrolysis in this golden moment is covered by insurance as gender affirming care. Is removal of hair due to PCOS also not gender affirming care? idk. Obviously it should be.
