I had a wonderful experience with Horizon Heating and Air! The pricing was very fair, and James was fantastic—informative, polite, and happy to answer all of my questions. He got everything up and running smoothly in a very reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely recommend using Horizon!

Put in a no heat call to horizon . Call was answered within seconds by a courteous yet professional lady who told me they would send a tech out within hours. ( What ?? , someone’s coming today ??? Unbelievable!! ) I got a phone call later saying the Tech ( Robert ) was on his way. Robert was fantastic and went above and beyond what I expected . Fixed the problem , spent time with me to explain any questions I had. Plus the bill for his service call was lower than what I expected . A satisfying experience all around .

Horizon did an outstanding job installing my new trane system. Their technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience.
