I had a great experience with team. They came to repair, refinish and polish my Calacatta Viola countertops. I had many chips, scratches water marks and stains. They not only did a fantastic job but were very neat. They wore shoe covers and covered everything from dust. They also cleaned and dust that tracked outside my walkway which was really going the extra mile. I would absolutely use them again.

We had NYC Marble Care come to fix some work a previous company had done poorly that involved regrouting/sealing our bathtub. To meet their daily minimum, we also added on service to clean and polish our bathroom floor. It was a such a wonderful experience, especially in comparison with the other company. They are more expensive than others we spoke to, so I want to acknowledge that, but if you want the job done well and done correctly, NYC Marble Care is really reliable and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely work with them in the future for tiling/grouting/refinishing needs.

NYC Marble Care restored my patio (pavers) in preparation for a party. My patio was green/brown from pollen and oak tree residue and I couldn’t get it off with a garden hose. Will, the Operations Manager, was great. He provided me with information on how his team were restoring my pavers, from the powerwashing to the sealing. And he kept in touch with me through the process. They removed all of my patio furniture, His team were punctual and careful with my property. The job was completed in 48 hours just in time for my party. I’d strongly recommend NYC Marble Care. Very grateful.

I can't say enough great things about NYC Marble Care. After a horrible experience with another company that wasted 3 weeks of my life and left me with foot print sealed uneven floors, I did what many of you are doing, a google search to find a good company . I found NYC Marble Care and got an immediate call back from Daniel who I explained the situation I was in. He gave me a price soon after but I wasn't comfortable moving forward unless someone came and looked at the job (they are in NYC I am on Long Island). The next morning the owner himself, Robert came early as promised to evaluate and told me he could fix what the other company couldn't accomplish- to hone my limestone floors to a smooth finish and that they could start the following morning! I had three companies quote the job, and NYC was right in line with the others. They were here at 7 am, 3 guys, including Robert himself who stayed the entire time, respectful of my house, careful with their equipment, and masked up which was very important to me. They worked non-stop until 4 pm and completed the job to perfection. Robert was honest, knowledgeable, and runs a great company. My property management company relies on NYC Stone Care for any and all of our stone repair and maintenance. We had a polished entrance in one of our properties that constantly caused our residents to slip when it rained. NYC Stone Care made great suggestions torching and sealing the stone and turned this experience for our residents around completely. They also crystallized and sealed a white marble entry way for us at another property so that we didn't have to clean it every single day from all of the foot traffic. It looks great now! They've also replaced varies stones at our properties as well as repaired cracks. They are extremely communicative and reliable. Very professional staff and would strongly recommend their services to anyone.
