Luke, Ashley, and Joe were great to work with; from start to finish! Luke came out to evaluate damages within a couple of days of contacting him, followed by a well detailed estimate explaining the scope of work. Ashley was very attentive to our needs and answered all of questions. Joe and his crew came out and knocked it out of the park with a 3 day clean up and install! Overall Ram Jack far exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

I really appreciated his estimate; it was thorough and very clear, rather than just a few vague line items and a total price. Having that level of detail upfront was much appreciated. The crew did high-quality work on the waterproofing and the overall installation. We did have a couple of minor follow-up items—the window didn't initially latch and a second well needed to be completed—but the team was incredibly responsive.
