City Collision did a superior job on my vehicle. The staff is more than professional detail oriented and are more than friendly. My initial estimate from a competitor was over $2,300 more than what I was charged and truth be told it was $1,000 less than their original estimate that I was given. This shows a high degree of honesty that is rare in this industry. The work is of the highest quality , the service to the customer is of the highest caliber and what puts them over the top is the integrity I mentioned. And to top it off, it is the cleanest body shop I've ever seen. I have had 2 repairs done on 2 different vehicles there. One was insurance and one was self pay( my most resent ) In each case the service was exemplary . In January we purchased a Chevy Traverse and about 10 days later, Someone backed into the grill. The persons insurance covered it and when they sent a list of preferred repair shops, and I saw City Collision on the list. It was instant that I selected them. They had repaired another car of mine about 5 years ago, I never forgot how professional they were, and this time was great also, they repaired the car in a few days and it looks great. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the city. I've seen them for a variety of different incidents over the years (front-end collision, weather-related issues, break-in, etc.), and the quality of the repairs and the customer service is always great.

They gave me an estimated time frame and they were completed 2 days earlier. Very satisfied with the quality of their work.
