We had a fault with our new AEG oven and they arranged for an engineer to visit. Gavin Fairbanks - 4392 - was excellent. He communicated well with us so we could arrange to be home when he arrived. Timings were spot on! Worked quickly to find and fix the problem. Excellent job Gavin, Thank you!
