Great customer support
I Needed Help with pairing a collar to remote. Called the customer support line and spoke to a real person who knew what they were doing and we got is sorted out quickly

They give excitant customer service. Return calls emails very fast. The E collars last and have a long distance.

My Pet Command were extremely helpful when the battery died. I was unable to buy it from amazon as they said they didn't post to my address. Having spoken to Doron at my pet command explaining the problem, he went to the next level to enable me to buy another battery. Can't thank them enough as the product is fab. I would definitely recommend them. Customer service is second to none.
Verified Collar was suppose to be orange not black, I have a black color. the different color was to suppose to help with identifying what dog it belong to quicker.

Gps collar works great and customer service had been excellent. Replacement collar came quickly. Excellent folks to work with and they sell an excellent product.
