Ordered a Fender Telecaster from their website. I got a call from them the next day to tell me the guitar had a slight blemish (not their fault). They took some money off and upgraded the strings. I was extremely pleased with their communication about the guitar. Although it wasn't on them, they made sure I was satisfied with everything. The guitar was for my son and we will be sure to stop at the store if we're ever in the area.

This is hands-down the best store for anything music related. Amazing selection and staff. I just picked up my Taylor guitar today that I had in for repair, and they did a phenomenal job. Received my ASM Hydrasynth in superb, like new condition and found that there was not a power supply in the box. I thought, “Let me call to verify whether or not that was included in the used sale.” When I contacted N Stuff stuff, there was a great upbeat and customer-oriented vibe to each person I spoke with; from the person who answered the phone to the keyboard specialist that I was transferred to. That keyboard specialist was on top of timely communication via text and ultimately found and shipped me not just the power supply but the owners manual. On top of all this, he shipped it overnight. If anything else, from this experience I was very impressed to see the quality of customer engagement at N Stuff.

I shopped online, communicated by text, learned the item was in stock, and arranged to pick it up at the store. I was greeted with a smile. The attendant pulled the item out of the stock, and I was quickly on my way. Best of all, I wasn’t made to feel like a stranger, an outsider, or somehow lacking in coolness or credibility. I was treated like an appreciated customer. Loved my visit.

I took 3 guitars for repair and evaluation. The SG's neck was broken at the head. Elliot did the repair and set up. Turn around time was less than a week. Also brought a 100 year old Washburn parlor guitar that needs both neck straightened and reset. Tom explained the work needed to make the guitar playable. The repair might cost more than the value of the instrument but it is a family heirloom, need to think about that one. No charge for the evaluation. Tom also set up a 1960 Gibson LGO acoustic then spent time talking about my research on the Washburn. Great work and great customer service.

I ordered my Yamaha HS8 Speakers. They did an awesome job of allowing me to put money on the gear to hold. I always stop by there when I’m in blawnox.

Used their text option to work out a purchase remotely. It took a few day of back and forth but ultimately finalized a decision. Customer service/sales was top notch!! I wanted mods done to a guitar I was buying and they took the time to consult with their luthiers and ultimately saved me money by weeding out things I didn’t really need. That’s a business that cares about its customers. Customer for life here. A++

I visited the store last week to look for a subwoofer and monitors and lucky for me the guy I needed to talk to was Tony. Tony was the guy who sold me my Synth, my drum machine , my mixer and an amp in the last 3 years. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and the first monitor he suggested I listen to was the one I did my homework on. I listend to it up against another one I looked into for more money. I was blown away by the sound of this set of 5 inch monitors. He also had me listen to them as he was switching in and out with the Subwoofer, what a great demonstration it was ! I was even more blown away once I got them set up at home.. Tony and N stuff have a customer for life because of the quality of the gear, the kindness and knowledge of Tony and all staff along with great prices. Check them out , you won't be disapointed. I came in today looking for a electric guitar Amp and the salesman Chris was very helpful and took the time to show me the different amps they had and the different features of each one. I picked out a great amp and they even gave me a great deal on the amp I picked out. All the rest of the staff were very helpful in answering other questions I had. I have purchased many other items there in the past and every visit has been a stress free experience and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I will never shop at any other music store!

Folks, i was primarily happy about the price of the cymbal I purchased, but the description was very misleading. (I don’t believe it was intentional), but it stated you were unloading old stock. In other words used or preowned was not part of the description. When I received the cymbal, it was obviously either pre-owned or heavily played in your store. There was a large scratch on it and finger prints all over the edge Coming from a player that is stopping the cymbol while playing. I remain happy because the price was great. I will revisit your store, but felt it necessary to give you said feedback.

I had wonderful service. I went in hoping to buy an acoustic guitar, and I immediately was welcomed and helped. A service member guided me through choosing guitars and played along with me, and helped me find one I loved. Afterwards, I was looking to buy a pedal, and they offered a ton of advice. I bought a shirt because I loved it so much!

N’Stuff Music is my favorite local store to buy musical gear. I’ve been going there since the mid-70s and they’ve always taken care of me. They have a knowledgeable customer oriented team (sales and service) who will get you what you need and their prices are very competitive.

I am a new beginner guitar player who knows absolutely nothing. These guys took the time to pair up a better guitar then the one I was sold at a bigger brand name store that made learning impossible. They even provided some tips on practicing and some basics to help learn more. After dropping off my Floyd rose axe for repairs, the gentlemen gave me full class on how to adjust, maintain and maximize my Floyd experience. At no point have these experts made me feel Unknowledgeable or inferior. I stopped going anywhere else and you should too.

I recently Inherited a strat from the 80’s from a family member. It had an aftermarket neck I didn’t care for installed. I wanted to find something that would make it as original as possible. I found a used 82 neck on reverb and it needed some work. I brought it to Elliot at Nstuff and had him do a complete re fret and re finishing of this neck. When I got it back I was shocked at the quality of the re finishing and re fret Elliot did. He is truly a master of his craft. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and did not shay away from a challenge like this. I can’t recommend Elliot as a luthier enough! If you need your guitar restored to top playing condition Nstuff is the place!

I've been coming to Pianos N' Stuff Music since I was a kid and have always been more than happy with their service and availability of gear. Over 25 years later I can happily say that their standards for excellence have not waned. Stellar service (may have to be a little patient and wait until they are done helping someone else before they get to you, but I've never waited more than 10 minutes, which flys by when you're browsing some of the sweetest gear on the planet)!!! But for the relatively smaller store size, they certainly have a ton of options, no matter if you're a guitarist, drummer, dj, keyboard player, or producer, if they don't have what you're looking for, they can always get it. A pretty nice selection of prs guitars, fender, acoustics, etc, amps, drum gear, pro audio, live gear, rentals, etc. Honestly the best music store around the greater Pittsburgh area in my humble opinion. Again, service has always been excellent. I even had them repair a guitar neck that separated from the body before for a very reasonable price and excellent quality work. So whether it's gear your looking for or repairs on gear you currently own, I would highly recommend N' Stuff Music to any musician, from beginners to pros and everything in between. Tony helped me today in the pro audio department and he was just a gem of a guy. Went to NStuff for a small practice amp. Joe was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Let me try a couple of guitar amps that I thought were what I was looking for based on YouTube reviews. I was torn between the Blackstar ID core V3 10 and V3 20. I had my guitar with me and I gave both amps a go but was still torn between the two amps. Joe asked me if I would like him to demonstrate the amps for me so I immediately said YES because it’s always a treat to hear him shred. Ultimately I settled on the V320 because of its fuller tone. I had a really enjoyable and fun experience! I always do at NStuff.

I bought a beautiful Eastman E3OM deluxe guitar from the N Stuff Music website. It basically arrived at my house by UPS ground from Pittsburgh to Tallahassee in 3 days. Eastman only provided a padded gig bag, so the guitar was in the bag, in the original box, and placed in a larger, well padded box. Communication with N Stuff Music was great, the guitar was well priced, and I’m very happy with this wonderful instrument.
