This a a great company !! Very Satisfied !! Honest and qualified employees. Fixed my cracked heat exchanger which they honestly informed me it was under warranty and performed a final checklist maintenance after repair. I would highly recommend this company !!

Al and his team are great. They always find a way to help. Al has walked me through diagnostics over the phone and helped us several times with our boiler. Recently we called to have our boiler looked at. Al was able to come out same day. He identified a pump that needed to be replaced. He showed me where to find the pump on Amazon and how to install it. I was only charged for a service call. We will always use Cochran exclusively for our boiler maintenance and repair. We are also planning to get a new boiler installed by them once our current boiler finally dies. I highly recommend Cochran for all your HVAC needs. They are all good and honest people to work with.

I had an emergency with my furnace during the first cold day. I panicked and started calling every heating and cooling place that claimed they had EMERGENCY SERVICE that I could find from Greensburg, Monroeville, Irwin, and Jeannette. They only company that called back within the first hour was Cochran Heating and cooling. I didn't hear back from the others till 2 DAYS LATER! But I was lucky enough to get the owner Al that was on call and he walked me through a few things that got me going for that night. He said he would have someone out the very next day and asked me what was a good time, I said I take a lunch between 11:30 to 12:30 but I'm sure that would be impossible. He said "I'll figure it out so you don't miss too much work. I was amazed. So the next day a tech came out (John) and extremely pleasant and figured it out immediately. And got me back up and running. My furnace is 23 years old and they said it's in pretty decent condition and total replacement wouldn't be necessary. One of the other companies over the phone said "Oh wow you're going to need a whole new set up" So all I'm going to tell you is if you need heating, cooling, or both done call them, everyone of them is as honest as can be. Again zero up charge or the Oh boy your going to need a whole new system. Which makes me wonder how many people were ripped off from those other companies. I have used this Company twice in Irwin, once for my original heating and cooling installation, and once for an add on using a mini- split. Then I moved to indiana pa where he replace a complete heating system with a propane fired furnace in a rental I owned. In the new property of mine in Indiana he put a complete 5 head mini- split in my house and an add on a year later. Then my grandson needed a heater in his older home in Jeannette, where he was able to add an existing AC to the new furnace! When it comes to who to trust in this industry an old truism comes to mind: when you KNOW your jeweler, you don’t need to know jewelry! When it comes to heating and cooling I never have to worry about the pricing or workmanship… I just give Cochran the job and know the price will be more than fair and if I ever need a service call… he will be there for me! If you need a unit… Chochran is your Company! Btw He loves chocolate cookies!
