When they learned what a previous technician had done on my roof 2 years ago and my displeasure, they immediately came to see the roof and the poor workmanship that was done 2 years ago when I bought my townhome. They promptly started the work and worked for two weeks to rectify the problem and met many hurdles along the way. I ended up with a brand new roof (better than it probably has been in 15 years), and could not be happier. The crew worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to get this done. They were timely, courteous and on top of everything that happened. The management team and owner(s) at Nikola stepped in and ensured I was a happy customer. Nikola Roofing came all the way up to Show Low to replace the shingles on my roof and my neighbors roof. The crews were excellent and worked from 7am to 7pm and did a great job. They also cleaned up around the house and picked up thousands of nails with magnets that is part of a shingle job. I was very satisfied with the results.
