I loved every minute of our stay at The Hava. All the staff was kind, friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfy, always clean and with all the ammedities you would need. The hotel has a lovely pool and spa that I recommend to visit! The restaurant has several alternatives and generally tasty.

A beautiful 5 day stay for 2 couples. The rooms were spotless, the staff were welcoming and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food and restaurant service were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! Brilliant price, lovely staff. Great breakfast, lovely rooms - they did a lovely job for my sons 4th birthday decorating the room too! The only downside I could say is that the evening meals were not great for us and its a 5minutes taxi to the main centre but I would 100% recommended this hotel to all my friends and family to stay if they come to Ubud! The rooms are ao lovely too with comfy large beds and beautiful bathrooms with deep tubs Thank you very much to all the staff that looked after us and our 2 crazy boys!

Incredibly friendly staff and the inside of the hotel is serene. We ha no complaints whatsoever and greatly enjoyed the restaurants as well as the spa. A special mention to Astiari Dian who truly gave us exemplary service and treated us so kindly during our stay. If we visit Bali again, we will definitely be coming back to the Hava.

The hotel was beautiful. Room was spacious and the bed was huge! Every day the room was cleaned and fresh bottled mineral water and fruit given. The staff were absolutely incredible at reception, in the restaurant and the cafe as well as the room cleaning service. Always greeted with a smile and a welcome home. I unfortunately was ill in Vietnam and upon arrival in Bali the hotel helped me to see a GP in my room. I was diagnosed and helped and supported. The next day the staff left a beautiful fruit basket and brought room service breakfast with gut friendly foods to help my recovery. To be clear, I got sick in Vietnam! Not here! The staff helped me recover quickly and seek medical attention which at a late time of the evening was reasonably priced and professional with prescription provided and medication at the same time. The shuttle service to Ubud town was helpful. The spa staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was very grateful for all the staff and the beautiful surroundings at Hava. Thank you so much from Miss Hannah and Miss Laura 🫶

Cualquier pregunta que hemos tenido han querido ayudarnos y siempre han dado opciones de forma proactiva, la ubicacion esta muy bien porque es muy proximo al centro. Hay opcion de alquiler de moto literalmente al lado. Las habitaciones muy bien y los restaurantes tambien, si estas dudando entre hoteles, este es el tuyo!

What a lovely place in Ubud! We really enjoyed the service! Staff are friendly, and polite. We particularly like to thank Peggy, Tini, Hana and our wonderful driver Arie! Also we enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant very much. We will be back!

I love the room the pool. restaurant is also good. but I wish the breakfast is a buffet or at least more choice. Stayed 3 nights and I had to skip breakfast on day 3 because nothing else for me to eat

A Wonderful Second Stay at The Hava Returning to The Hava for the second time was just as perfect as my first visit. Once again, I enjoyed an incredibly comfortable and relaxing holiday. The staff consistently deliver warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service, always ready to help with anything needed. During this stay, I had several massage sessions using discount vouchers(so it was reasonable price comparing to the spa in the street) . The spa area was spotless, and the therapist, Lia, was both professional and kind. The breakfast remains high quality and satisfying. While the buffet corner is no longer available — possibly due to hygiene or budget issue — the overall standard is still very good. One of the highlights of this hotel is the peaceful atmosphere. Luckily both of the times all the guests are respectful and calm, creating a tranquil environment with no issues around sunbeds or noise from other rooms. The location strikes a perfect balance between serenity and convenience. It offers a quiet, relaxing setting while being only a 5–10 minute drive from the city center. Within walking distance, you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, nail salons, and even a well-known yoga studio. There is plenty to enjoy nearby, so staying in the hotel never feels boring, even without going into the city center. I look forward to returning again next year.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I also really enjoyed the meals the food was delicious and well prepared. Staying in Ubud was also amazing. The local people are very kind, and the culture is beautiful and well preserved. You can really see how proud the locals are of their traditions. The nature in Ubud is stunning and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed 1 week at this hotel and our experience was absolutely incredible. The staff are simply exceptional. We have been living in Bali for over 2 years, so we know how much hospitality is part of Balinese culture… but here, they are truly above and beyond. Always smiling, attentive, and available, they made our stay even more special. The rooms are very comfortable and completely immerse you in the décor and authentic Balinese atmosphere. You feel relaxed from the very first moments. The restaurant service is also top-notch — truly nothing to complain about, everything was perfect from start to finish. First time in Ubud my wife booked the Hotel . At first I told her oh well it was your choice. She picked the right Hotel from location, accommodation, amenities, food and service. I would like to thank the whole staff from The front desk, house keeping, the food and beverage team and engineering that quickly responded to our request and delivered excellent service and also the spa service is excellent. For short we found our home in Bali and it’s in The Hava next time I’m Bringing the whole family. Thank you for making us feel that we did not leave home.

I bit expensive but overall a nice experiences if money is rather lose 😅 Since we did not understand their breakfast system upfront: Hot Drinks: You can have bottomless tea, Americano or Balinese coffee. Cappuccino and other drinks are not included and cost extra. Food: There is a menu of dishes to choose from. We tried English breakfast (omelette, beans, bacon, mushrooms, sausage), eggs Benedict on a toastie, waffles and pancake. You can choose one item. Fruits: You will receive a fruit platter. Even though it is not a buffet, we always felt sufficiently full. Their team is very kind and helpful. If there is any extra wish or you need anything else, they will try to make it possible. On the other hand, i think this price should already allow the hotel to give a milk coffee option in the mornings and still make a proper profit.

Hotel je skvěle vybavený, nic nám zde nechybělo. Personál je velmi příjemný a celková atmosféra hotelu je klidná a přátelská. Díky manažerovi Raiovi jsme si pobyt opravdu užili – ochotně nám pomohl vše vyřešit a postaral se o to, aby bylo vše perfektní. Tímto mu ještě jednou moc děkujeme a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit.

Great starting point for adventures from Ubud. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would need from within its area so there’s no need to go out unless you want to visit the cafes/stores along the street where it is located or, of course, explore Bali. Spa was amazing and well curated, pool was a good size for many guests, restaurants had good selection and atmosphere (Serai for resort type eating, Clover for cafe/coffee shop feels), shuttle ride to and from Ubud center is also a nice free perk. Our room was amazing and probably didn’t need the private pool as the public one was already fantastic. Shoutout to Peggy for being a standout staff for us. Great personality! Would visit again if we were in the area. We tried these places around the hotel and were pleasantly amazed - Brie restaurant, Nari restaurant, Slab chocolate and there was a convenience store nearby if you’d need other things.

Really excellent service. All the staff go above and beyond. We did the day tour to the coffee plantation and the cooking class - both were great value for money. The restaurant manager, chef who taught us, and waiting staff Erpawan, were all great service. If staying in Ubud, would recommend.

This was our fourth trip to Bali, the main reason we keep coming back is the amazing customer service we always receive. But the service at this hotel was on another level! The management, the smooth check-in and check-out process, and the cleanliness were all exceptional. We truly enjoyed our stay and honestly can’t fault a single thing! The pool area was fantastic and conveniently close to the restaurant. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi in the restaurant area, which could be better. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel! 🌴

This is an incredible hotel, the attentiveness of staff felt like we were at a private villa (learning our food orders, special requests and taking us through cultural activities). Should be a 5 star! We stayed for a week. This hotel offers so much with your stay: free breakfast, free afternoon tea with Balinese baked goods, free daily cultural activities and shuttle into town and a beautiful pool. On top of that after you check in there are many offers for spa packages and tours that are comparable to in town. The restaurant that serves made to order breakfast is so healthy and fresh with huge selection, also good spot for dinners and cocktails! The rooms are classic Balinese style with so many sweet touches like fresh fruit everyday and Balinese coffee, which was special. Thank you Peggy, Ayu, Viona and Tini for such a great stay!

We went for a spa treatment and dinner and had such a wonderful day at The Hava Ubud! The private pool and jungle views made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were so kind and attentive — always smiling and ready to help with anything. Dinner was delicious. The location is peaceful yet still close to Ubud center. I spent a few days at this hotel and everything was simply perfect! Absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable, the staff were always attentive and constantly smiling it was truly delightful. The room I had was always clean, tidy, and had everything I needed. The Hava In the middle of Ubuds trafic chaos you find the peacefull and beautifull hotel "The Hava". When you arrive, you're being embraced by a good vibe. The luggage is taking care of and you're invited to just sit down and enjoy a refreshment. The staff is very kind and friendly, always ready to help. About the room The room is nicely decorated. Fresh fruit, water, bathrobes, and slippers are waiting for you. You'll feel right at home. Good bed, great pillows, big bathroom and space there to put your stuff. As a "girly" girl I just missed a proper mirror to do hair and Make-up in our room. As we just stayed for a couple of nights I didnt unpacked all of my luggage, but there would not have been enough space for this either. It is very thoughtful that the staff constantly refills your water and offers biscuits and evening "sheet roll down' service. About the Pool Stunning Pool, very cosy to sit and just relax with daily soft fresh towels. The water isnt cold, but refreshing enough. About the food Breakfast consists of two parts. A buffet with toast (jam/butter), juice, fresh fruit, and some sweets AND one choice out of the menu Great againt foodwaste ofc. The service at the Clover Restaurant is also very friendly. The food is pretty good. Unfortunately, the mojito wasn't great, but the piña colada and margarita were! You can enjoy tea service between 3-5pm. Loved this. You can choose between hot, cold tea or cofee and you get some pastry with it (yummie). Overall we were beyond happy with our choice, we would definitly go back and recommend it!

I had an amazing Stay at this hôtel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything i needed specially Rai,Tini, Galuh, Liya, Viona. Even the trainee are helpfull. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend this hôtel to anyone that visiting this área.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à Hava Ubud Paranama Experience, et c’était une expérience absolument parfaite ! L’endroit est très apaisant et calme, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment bien dormir, surtout après avoir séjourné dans d’autres hôtels où il y avait parfois du bruit. Ici, c’était un vrai bonheur de dormir dans le silence et la sérénité. Le service est exceptionnel : le personnel passe dans les chambres deux fois par jour (et même une troisième fois sur demande) pour s’assurer que tout est impeccable. Les serviettes sont changées très régulièrement, et tout est toujours propre et bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable ! Chaque matin, nous avons eu un menu différent, toujours varié et délicieux. Mon compagnon et moi avons adoré les trois jours — de très bons produits et beaucoup de choix. Enfin, le personnel de l’accueil est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à aider. Ils nous ont vraiment facilité notre séjour, en nous conseillant sur les itinéraires, les activités et les endroits à visiter. En résumé, un séjour reposant, de grande qualité et avec un service irréprochable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The hotel is amazing, my room was so dark at night, and I had a deep sleep. Pretty pool & garden, nice restaurant, and amazingly happy and cordial staff. I am in love with this place.

What an amazing hotel with fantastic staff !! We have just come back from a stay at The Hava Ubud. We stayed for 6 nights and arrived around 1am Tuesday morning and was pleasantly greeted by the night reception staff, who was prepared for our arrival. Check in was simple and completed in minutes which was perfect after a long journey from the UK. They had thoughtfully prepared a chicken salad sandwich each for us and then showed us to our room advising they would bring our bags up for us. We booked a garden view suite and was taken to our room on the 2nd floor, the room was spacious and had everything we needed and the view of the water feature from our balcony was lovely. Food at both the main restaurant and the clover was great and every meal was cooked to a high standard with brilliant flavours. I really recommend speaking to the hotel about trips in the area and private trips they can arrange, we booked their half day tour which allowed us to see  serval attritions, we also booked a private half day trip with them which turned out to be one of the best trips of our holiday. Our driver for the trips was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and gave us lots of information. The hotel is beautiful and a very relaxing setting away from the hustle and bustle but what makes the Hava Ubud special is the staff, everyone, regardless of their job always greet you with a smile and work tirelessly to ensure the guests needs are met. There were several occasions where the staff went above and beyond and could never do enough to help. We were looking for a nice relaxing break and we got exactly what we wanted and that was mostly down to the hotel and it's staff.

Overall its a nice Hotel. With good breakfest and nice pool place. Everyone are kind and helpful. You need to try Dadar gulung with ice cream perfect combination. Only thing that i didnt like was no smoking rule on balcony and in restourant on my opinion it should be at least 2-3 tables on the side for guest who are smoking cuz there is enough space for something like that. But still from me 5*

The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, reception, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants was always fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay. We look forward to coming back soon
