A terrible result and experience Our son had already completed around 12–14 months of orthodontic treatment at another clinic and had about six months left when we moved house and needed to transfer his care to a practice closer to Chelmsford. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple six-month finish turned into another 18 months of treatment—and we were charged more than we paid for his entire first 18 months at the previous clinic. The outcome has been extremely disappointing. His teeth are still crooked and the overall result looks unfinished. He even asked us recently if he could have his teeth done again, which says it all. In contrast, our younger son—who completed his treatment with our previous orthodontist before we moved—has perfectly straight teeth. This practice seems more focused on gimmicks (like “remote reviews” of progress) than on proper orthodontic care. The result has been a poor standard of treatment, wasted time, and unnecessary cost. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—avoid this practice.
