This place is only good because of cheaper rent. My friends and I lived here for 7 months had to kill crickets in the house every week. When we moved in place seemed abandoned with the lack of cleaning done. The icing on the cake was lease end. Leasing office saying they sent us paperwork to notify them of our decision to move out and that was a lie. Then by the time you're notified, it's past 60 day notice window (which wasn't brought up ever). I reached out to the office to find a solution and instead they ignore my emails and forced us to leave & lose bout deposit or pay higher rent because of their mistake. I still haven't received a response from Sharon. Place doing whatever they can to scam you out of getting your money back.

Please DO NOT RENT OR BUY any unit with this company!!! Terrible property, highly over priced, and they are VERY bad for business. You will regret it. Find somewhere else. They will take advantage of your hardships, and create greater debt, just so they can be a debt collector for you! LakeView’s objective to gain revenue is by over charging struggling individuals, and putting them in a position that they will ALWAYS owe LakeView. Dont do it to yourself.

Many thanks to Lakeview's technicians, hired contractors, and management for their dedicated efforts to quickly and effectively deal with the snow issues after last weekend's storm! Sending in the front-end loader tractors to tidy things up was the icing on the cake (so to speak). Dave Colle, 32C

@William Gilroy you are wrong. The lake is gorgeous and has no smell. my balcony over looks it and its beautiful. Geese are no issue they stay away lol. Sadly, the leasing office has burned down but thankfully nobody was hurt. No reason to be complaining over weird things that don't make sense. The office staff is wonderful and always so kind, people like you are annoying.

Lived here for 3 years ('22-'25); overall, it was a decent place! The lake was a nice touch, and the woodline behind the building was great for birdwatching with morning coffee. Move in/out was pretty seamless, office staff were always nice and helpful too. Loved the maintenance staff though, always quick to respond and fix the issue whether it was an old faulty doorknob or replacing an entire dead AC unit almost overnight on a Sunday during the summer heat. 2 BR apartment was good for what it was given the age of the complex though definitely showed potential structural issues including uneven floors and stress cracks in the ceilings in a few places. Probably my biggest gripe was the parking situation, largely first come first serve but with the constantly strung-along promise of reserved parking for the apartments that was never delivered. With my job being mainly travel, I had a few late nights from delayed flights where I had to haul luggage close to a quarter mile back home at 1-2 AM while not recognizing a single vehicle parked nearer my building.

Lived here for 3 years ! Was nice at first till I made one complaint about one of the workers parking like a dick. Now I’m being false accused of a crime by a maintenance worker …….place has gone down hell over the past years! Cars vandalized cars broken into and many more! Strongly suggest taking ur money and family to a much safer area…. Make sure you get camera’s and have them on your property as well, the office will just say it’s not there fault if anything is damaged …..there is one maintenance worker that drivers a black ford truck that makes the rest of the workers look as so bad! If you make any type of complaint about ur apartment or anything this guy will100% falsely accuse you of looking into his truck🤣 strongly strongly suggest asking for someone else if this guy does your repairs as well also had my my mail box broken into as well

I had a tour today with Asia , and she was every bit of amazing , she hit all the key points before i could even ask anything , her hospitality was GREAT! Asia gave me an amazing experience I can't wait to make this my new home !
