



I recently had my wife’s ’04 Explorer brought here for repairs.
I had to get the rear suspension redone, new tires, tie rods replaced, brake pads, rotors, and calipers replaced, a wheel bearing fixed, and a battery installed—just to top it all off! Lol.
John and his team helped in more ways than I imagined possible. They were able to start the work immediately after drop-off and payment for the service. I think the truck was in the shop for a total of 3 or 4 weekdays, and all the work was completed. John even pulled me inside the shop to show me the progress a day or two before it was finished.
They also helped me out with pricing wherever they could, such as ordering different parts that were a little cheaper so I wasn’t digging too deep into my pockets, while still making sure I was getting quality parts. They even let me go outside the shop to find a battery a little cheaper myself and then installed it for free!
John and his team are good people who truly care about getting you in, getting the work done as quickly as possible, and making sure your vehicle is safe. This was hands down one of the best shop experiences I’ve had—if not the best. 🙌
