I tried their Diamond Glow treatment, which is an all-in-one dermabrasion treatment, and I also had a few other services. I was treated very well by all their staff. I live in MI but was going to be in town and scheduled a Diamond Glow Facial! This office is clean and the set up and decor is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, loooooved their LI sign where you can take a pic! Sadly, I was chatting away and forgot to take one! The check-in process was smooth and I was treated by Jessica in a timely manner. A true spa experience, the atmosphere was tranquil and Jessica’s technique was one I had never experienced. I cannot wait to go back! I’ve had a hydrafacial and microdermabrasion, the Diamond Glow facial combines both. Anyone can use that machine but the actual experience will vary. In my personal experience, every aesthetician has their own way of doing things and I LOVED how well Jessica took care of me and my skin. i 100% recommend this dermatology practice. The office manager, Ingrid, helped me sign up for their rewards program, which was unexpected but a bonus and blessing! ;) Everyone was truly kind and you can just tell from the spa side that the medical side runs pretty smooth as well. Dr carmine and his staff are the most helpful friendly and professional group I’ve dealt with. Always accommodating and understanding. I had to take uv sessions multiple times a week and had just had a baby so financially it was hard but dr carmine worked with me to make it work for me. Even a simple question I’ve called multiple times and they respond quickly and politely. Recommends 10/10.

I absolutely love this dermatology office! I was having keloid problems for a very long time, especially around my ears where I have my piercings. Other dermatology offices told me I wouldn’t be able to wear earrings again and I was devastated because I loved wearing them. It wasn’t until I came to Long Island Dermatology that I saw amazing improvements in my keloids AND I was able to continue wearing earrings. The providers are amazing! Milena has been very kind with me while doing my injections and initiates conversations, which helps me relax since I’m not too fond of needles.

They are wonderful so helpful and great customer service.

Long Island Dermatology is by far the best on Long Island. Their staff is a 100/10 stars. I came in to see Milena Bonilla around the holidays to address a hair loss issue I was facing post Covid and couldn’t have been more pleased ! Not only was she extremely professional with my care, it felt as if I have known her for years ! She treats all her patients with the utmost care and really went into detail regarding my hair loss to make me feel comfortable with our next steps in solving the problem. Since being seen by Milena, I have noticed a major difference in my hair loss and have regained the confident I felt was lost due to the loss. I also have seen Milena for Botox as well and cannot say enough great things ! Also the professionalism of the front desk employees along with all assistants in the office is refreshing ! I came to Long Island Dermatology to remove Microblading that I really hated from the minute I got it. I saw Malina, the PA, who performed laser treatments to remove the pigment of the Microblading. Carmine and all the staff there are amazing! The wait is never long. Everyone is always helpful. You are never rushed. They are always willing to answer questions and you always feel like you are taken care of. And it's super clean. Very efficient. It's actually the only appointment I don't dread going to. I actually travel out of my way just to go here. I don't write alot of reviews but this place deserves the head nod of great service. Very happy I found this place.

Have been coming here for quite a while and absolutely love this office. From the ease of making an appointment, to the staff at the front desk, doctors, and my esthetician Kristal, it’s such a great office. I have gone there for a number of reasons but mostly in the last two years for cosmetic purposes; I have kristal do my eyelashes and she is so kind, professional and always has suggestions to make sure my lashes last even longer; plus great conversation! I have also done the LASEMD a few times and absolutely love the result! Overall, I am always happy with the service and professionalism and will continue to go here for years to come.
