Tan and CJ did a great job getting my tree set up with water, trimmed off the top and gave great advice about keeping the tree hydrated. I had an amazing experience with this company and specifically Yan. Their prices are reasonable, they have the most gorgeous trees, and Yan was so courteous and helpful and accommodating. This is the first year I had hustle-free experience, he chose the tree according to my wishes, and brought it directly to my apartment, installed it and instructed me in details how to take care of the tree, and gave me a product to add to the water for the tree to last.
