We just LOVE our new kitchen and updates around the kitchen!! NDA was the BEST!! Chris our project manager and Michelle from the office always gave us day to day scheduling… there were no surprises ever!! The BEST!! Every single worker we encountered was professional and very easy to communicate with and always eased our minds(kitchen can be tough but NOT with NDA!!) Of course…. We love Mike our cabinetry master with his partner… also Alec was always there in the morning and always took our questions with grace no matter what!! It’s sad to say but we will miss them coming every day!!! It was an extreme pleasure and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!! Our golden retriever Dexter will miss you all as well!!’ A great experience!! A special thanks to Jim for planning out our beautiful kitchen and always taking my calls and texts no matter the day or time and for ED for holding off his own kitchen and putting us first!! We used NDA for two projects at our home, a kitchen renovation and an extension. They did an amazing job. The great thing about NDA is when they say something will be done by a certain date they are able to stay within that schedule even when unexpected things happen. Their customer service is great too after the project is done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do work on their home.

From start to finish a team of craftsmen Joe, Rich, Dave, Anthony and Chris and all the tradesmen Chris of Sound Plumbing, Dave of Darling Electric and Ryan of Ryan McCaughey Painting were part of the project. The outcome is better than we could have hoped for. Michelle was our hand holder, coordinator and fixer if needed. Truly a stellar operation with the expertise of a curated professional team who work hard to make it right. We were kept informed of their daily schedule by Michelle and she checked in on us at the end of each workday. They stuck to the schedule and finished as promised. Years of experience shined through along the way. Our project was a large one in an older house; John's design was exactly what we were asking for but with an older house we didn't want to get our hopes up too high. The crew met the challenges and all of them were committed to making us happy with the outcome. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to the project. We appreciate your efforts and are enjoying our new kitchen and laundry room.

We knew from the minute we walked into NDA Kitchens they where the one qualified to do the job and do it right. We enjoyed working with Jim, the designer who is a really nice guy and had our vision put together very quick and we were satisfied with the layout. No one really talks about the "Demo Crew" Winston, Joe, Anthony, Mike, Johnny, well they are not only organized and detailed in the way they protected the rest of our home, our house was left spotless everyday it was incredible. Jason the guy who drops off all the material handled everything with care and was a pleasure speaking with. Danielle, at the front desk always answers the phone so sweet you are happy to call and speak to someone who is upbeat and friendly. Chris, was our appointed project manager who makes sure all goes well. Every single contractor that came to our home from the electrician to the plumber was top notch. Let me not forget "Johnny", the tile guy he did such an amazing job he is a perfectionist really talented guy we are so satisfied with his work. Mike, the carpenter who I think is the most talented person really put his Heart & Soul into the project and exceeded all my expectations. He not only is the nicest guy and a pleasure to work with he address any concern in minutes I can't say enough about him. His assistant Chris is a very nice guy as well and they make a great team. I would also like to say Ed the owner is a hands on guy who takes is business very seriously his reputation means everything to him and that makes for a job well done he does not except anything but perfection!! and that they all did. Michelle, in the office is "Absolutely Incredible" She is the Star!! honestly being a very busy person running my own business I was worried how I would handle this remodel for 3 weeks and I MEAN THREE WEEKS. This company is true to there word. She made our lives go so smooth through this entire process. She kept us informed every day with emails, texts, phone calls whatever we needed to inform us to what was going to happen the next day with every detail. She answered all my questions with such Knowledge and calmed any of my concerns. She is an asset to any company. We more than highly recommend this company. I am beyond thrilled with my updated kitchen! My appointments with John N. to pick out my cabinet doors, tiles & hardware were done with such experience and detail. Everything was done on schedule and with such care and precision. Phil & Anthony were very thorough and cleaned up at the end of the day. Chris, the Project Mgr was helpful with any questions and always had a resolution. Michele in the office would send daily emails to ask if I needed anything or had any questions. She also updated me on the schedule for the next day and knew exactly where the project was at. The NDA staff went above and beyond to make my kitchen look beautiful. I know I have left out many names that helped greatly along the way, and I really appreciate it. If you are looking for a reputable company, I highly recommend NDA Kitchens!

NDA gave me the kitchen of my dreams. From the design with Jim Cooney, who listened and completely got the look I wanted to achieve. We started with a kitchen plan and ended up with the entire main floor being done. So glad I went with the extra cost "SO WORTH IT!" Chris Beutlier the GM was always available via phone/txt. Called on a Saturday morning with a mishap and was resolved within a couple of hours. Michele Filomeno coordinated the schedule for both NDA workers and outside contractors, appliance delivery and everyday was on schedule. NDA took care of deliveries and inspected all items that were delivered. I was updated via email at the beginning of each week. Communication was never a problem with NDA. Renovation took a little less than 5 weeks (incredible) which included hardwoods and staining on the main floor. NDA made construction bearable and produced quality work and showed up every day scheduled. Went to extremes to prep for demo: framed plastic zipper doorways and flooring to protect rugs and floors. Amazed with the demo crew and carpenters really respectful and cleaned up after them selves. Mike and Phil took extra time in framing and took care of anything I requested. I remodeled 2 bathrooms and "repurposed" the kitchen this summer. I was amazed with the way they stuck to their DAILY schedule. The first day they were at my house I asked one of the craftsmen what time he would be leaving. His answer was, "When I'm done" Not only were they timely, they went above and beyond to ensure the little details were attended to during the construction phase. This was done, in large part, by the daily outreach from the office personnel. I was given a time my schedule would begin the next day and what kind of company would show up. I was also given a phone call at the end of the day and asked how my day went and could they do anything for me? I don't know where else you get service like that anymore!?!?

I am not one to write a review, but NDA and the entire staff deserves to be recognized for their OUTSTANDING company and all their efforts! From the design process to the last detail, they were truly devoted to creating the kitchen of our dreams. They listened to our ideas, made whatever modifications to utilize every inch of space to accommodate our ideas, and created an amazing layout with a GORGEOUS double island! I have never dealt with a company that submits their projected schedule and totally sticks to the timeline or completes everything earlier than expected. They were truly AMAZING! Their carpenters are like magicians on site, inspecting the product when delivered, making sure all their corners are mitered, cabinets/drawers are aligned properly, crown molding is seamless and inspecting once again upon job completion. There are too many people to thank individually by name, but we want to sincerely thank the ENTIRE NDA team for their professionalism, always responding to our phone calls/emails and making us feel like part of their NDA family. WE ARE AN EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER! If you are out there looking for any renovation work, I would HIGHLY recommend NDA! THANK YOU NDA!!!
