Almost perfect. Love my departure board. I just find the configuration page a bit confusing. It's configured assuming the user has good knowledge of both rail time table sources and also what the team mean by a particular feature. As a result, I've had fun with trial and error to get my head round usage. I suggest some more comprehensive instructions would help. Don't let my views stop you though, it's a great device, and a must for any modern day rail fan.

I purchased the Classic board which arrived promptly and undamaged although it could have had more protection for the screen. I had asked if the system would show freight services and was told it would do, but I was not informed that it would require a Premium subscription for it. In fact apart from pretty much the basic passenger services everything else needs a subscription to activate. It's not particularly expensive (£5.99/m at the time of writing) but this should have been made clearer. A suggestion for a software update would be for the board to store regular station / junction codes for easy retrieval (a favourites list) so that you don't need to type the name or code in each time you want to change the display. Apart from that I'm very happy with the Classic Board, it's a good size and easily read from across a room.

An excelllent device, delivered on time, easy to set up. So many different functions to use. The voice for the packs are so realistic. The speaker at the back is powerful enough to deliver the sounds. The screen information is clear, and informative, just like being at the station. The board updates change very quickly too, some take a bit longer, the weather for example, but that comes up regularly when using. A great product.

Ordering and delivery relatively easy. Not sure that Klarma would be exactly what I would choose as payment method. Board itself is of good quality and display is colourful, clear and informative. Darwin feed gives the best and most consistent information - RTT often “forgets” arrival and approaching trains information.

I live abroad now but have always had an interest in UK Trains. I bought a mini departure board as a reminder of home. I can see the details of trains arriving and departing my 'home' station. It also doubles nicely as a desk clock being able to display the local time whilst showing the actual departure times in UK time. It works beautifully. The quality is excellent and it was delivered quickly. I've added a voice pack so now it's as if I was actually standing on the local platform as I did many years ago waiting for my train home from college!

Purchased the desktop version and it is excellent! Quite easy to set up and everything worked perfectly first time. The sound quality is amazing for such a small device. I enjoy changing the settings and monitoring different stations - almost an infinite amount of possibilities!! 10/10 to the team who have developed and produced these. 👍
