Precision plumbing is amazing. I had an emergency situation with a permit and they showed up within a few hours to address the problem and offer solutions. Derrick is awesome, very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. If you work in real estate, you know how difficult it can be to work with some plumbers. We had a gas leak emergency (fire department came out, house evacuated, etc...) from a dryer install due to a faulty shut-off valve. Knowing that our gas was shut off, the plumber came within 2 hours of when I called. The job was more extensive due to the pipe next to the valve needing to be replaced as well, and they were courteous, up front with the cost, and provided a gas leak test at no extra charge. Additionally, the professional who installed our dryer did not do a good job, and even though it was not Precision Plus's fault that the dryer wasn't set up properly, they wanted to properly set us up, and came out promptly to address it at no extra cost. Good follow-through.

Gave Precision Plumbing a call to check a sewer line and not only was he super professional arranging the appointment, when I had to adjust the meeting time he was able to work with me and still make it there same day! He came did the job and provided additional advice on other areas of the house. Surely plan to use him again for additional services!
