4.5 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care. I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. The clinic and staff know exactly what they're doing and execute all steps extremely well. I'm only four days post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results. The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious. Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic staff. I don't think the the clinic could operate as well as it does without Hamza. Absolute star.

The whole experience has been great from the start to our final check up the hospital was very clean and the care the nurses gave was outstanding, the whole team are fantastic! I went from London to Istanbul for a mummy make over Tummy tuck, breast lift with implants and lipo suction, From start to finish communication as been amazing no question I had was never not answered. Transfers were smooth from airport to hotel then hotel to hospital etc. arrival to hospital was great check in then all my observations were done all professionally, nurses were so kind and on hand constantly with reassurance and taking care of me and my mum. Everything went so well. Dr teoman consultation was very through to decide exactly what I wanted and this is what I’ve achieved. I’m so happy with everything Of course I was a bit nervous, however that is normal before an operation. The team was always there and took care of me. I had a breast reduction and lift in Istanbul with Surgery TR. I had a great experience. The whole team was very supportive and making sure that I can ask anything. The night at the hospital is definetly a must, I know that in France and Germany we are being sent home the same day as the operation but now that I actually had it I think that spending the first night at the hospital is much better. After that, the hotel I stayed at was nice and the room service was really convenient. I did have my fears leaving the EU for this operation but I have no regret! Everything went great, without struggles and everyone was very helping and caring. I can only recommend.

Had arm & breast lift on the 1st July 2024, the whole experience was amazing! From the minute I landed everyone was friendly the vip transfers was unreal, hotel was great. Hospital was very clean and beautiful, I felt in safe hands with the staff! Dr Teoman is an amazing surgeon put me at ease, answered any questions I had and performed wonders on my body the incisions are so neat anyone who has seen them have complemented them. Whilst out there hamza was so helpful and was by my side all the way helping me with all my needs, also seher and selin has been in touch regularly for checking in and answering any questions I have post surgery. Procedure: Deep plane facelift. The initial contact: I was immediately put in touch with Gulsen, who was my angel throughout the entire process. Gulsen was an absolute treasure - immediately responsive at all times and no question was ever a problem. Gulsen made sure my entire journey remained smooth. Seher from the Operations Department was also wonderful and ensured that I was happy at all times during my surgery journey. Both Gulsen and Seher were messaging me on a daily basis in the week following my surgery, asking me how I was feeling and encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. They are really two very caring and professional individuals. Arrival in Istanbul: I travelled alone to Turkey to have my surgery. It was my first time in this country, so you can imagine how daunting it was. Hamza was my 'on the ground' co-ordinator and ensured my pick up from the airport to hotel/hotel to airport went smoothly. Hamza accompanied me to the hospital when I was admitted and remained there to translate between the medical staff and myself. Hamza was also present after I woke up from surgery and even got me a cold drink when I requested it. Hamza also took me to my follow up appointment and organised a hassle-free trip back to the airport. While recovering at the hotel, Hamza contacted me and asked if I would like anything brought to me. Surgery: I was allocated Associate Professor Gokhan Temiz as my surgeon. As soon as he walked into the room I felt very comfortable with him. His kind and gentle nature was evident in the way he spoke to me and reassured me. I went from feeling anxious to being completely at ease by the end of my consultation with him. After having my surgery that day, I woke up feeling quite good, considering the surgery itself is significant. Of course there was the usual pain associated with any type of surgery, however the pain was adequately managed by hospital staff who treated me extremely well. It has been exactly one week since my surgery and the results are amazing. Dr Gokhan is truly an artist, and I would never let any other surgeon touch my face except him for my future procedures (which by the way I have already booked in for). I cannot wait for the next few months to see the final results. Overall, my experience with SurgeryTR has been one filled with positivity and joy. What an amazing team! I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite traveling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning. Eager to witness my results once the swelling subsides, I am deeply grateful to the Surgery TR team for their excellent care.

I came from london UK going to give an honest review!! Dr A, is truly an incredibly talented surgeon, the closed rhinoplasty approach is so much better than what most surgeons in turkey offer the trauma to the nose in terms of healing is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I had bad swelling due to lifestyle choices but even then I looked good. So the surgeon is 10/10 skill wise however his English is limited but the doctors assistants and translators help with this. I also got to meet him online before booking which was great! Secondly the translators were incredible made me so comfortable and helped meet my needs. There was a big issue with the overnight nurses and translations , I didn’t have someone stay at the hospital with me so perhaps for solo travellers translators with nurses could be useful, but regardless I was fine the nurses were kind but a few times I had to walk to them to ask them for things which was difficult. If you book with these guys you wont regret your decision , just be mindful of language barriers and make sure to bring family or close friend as you do really need help. Customer service isn’t amazing but not bad again I think because of language barriers. Special shoutouts to Hamza , Hajaar and damla for making it a great experience , and of course Dr Alper who gave me my dream nose :) .

Surgery TR done it right, after researching for a while what’s the best place to have my hair transplant done as it’s an important decision and see all companies around I find Surgery TR to be the best one for me and one that would deliver to my expectations, I saw lots of posts on socials and got in touch with the team quickly and must say the process was as easy at can be, and after everything was sorted out in terms of accommodation and transfer from aeroport to hotel that Surgery TR provides I was ready for my big day in the operation room, must admit I was not worried a bit as the person who dealt with me here in Turkey Hamza put me to ease and it was there for any question and requirement that I had, day at the clinic went really good and quick and since the moment I arrived I was welcomed my the whole team the doctors and the nurses who dealt with me, transplant went very smooth with few breaks for food and and the results desired, next day I was picked up by Hamza and back to the clinic for examination and cleaning, the team was absolutely lovely and don’t have words to thank you them for fulfilling my dream! I went to Istanbul for rhinoplasty surgery after a friend and family member recommended tr surgery. All their staff are great and give all the help you could need. All I needed was book my flight and arrive. They help walk you through the process very easily, arranging all the documentation, details, transfers and what ever you need. You also get a representative to come along to hospital appointments etc to ensure everything runs smoothly. I had hamza, he was great. Really nice guy and literally helped with everything I needed. Currently staying at the Hilton hotel recovering from the rhinoplasty surgery on my last day. Lovely accommodation and staff. Located in a nice area close to the dr alper hospital. After seeing what the dr alper had achieved I really couldn’t believe it, he did amazing work and left zero external scarring. I’m very happy to have chose tr surgery and dr alper and would 100% recommend them.
