From start to finish I had excellent communication, my expectations were absolutely met 💯. We ended up having a flight delayed and had to change flights getting us in later than originally planned but the accommodations were made right away on Surgery TR’s side. Our driver got a flat while we were in transit and he made accommodations to get us picked up right away and to the hotel. My surgery on was with Dr Teoman Eraslan, he performed a Tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 lipo and breast lift with implants. I could not be happier with my results. I did end up receiving a blood transfusion and my nurses were right on top of my care and safety. I would absolutely recommend surgery TR!

I used Surgery TR for rhinoplasty. The process from start to finish went well. Damla and Team were always there (day and night) to support me. Experienced few issues with Language barrier at the hospital, I overcame this using Google Translate. Top tip, definitely take a friend with you, also leave plenty of time for transfer back to airport at busy times.

Wow! What can I say…this has definitely been a great experience. When having surgery abroad you always get told the horror stories. But doing my research I decided to go with Surgery TR as there was a lot of positive feedback and I liked the surgery results. So my experience, mine has been amazing! The coordinators are really friendly and help out on any questions you may need, Seher and Gulsen are really lovely and are always reaching out to see if you need anything and how is your progress going, it’s lovely as they truly care on your before and after care. When we arrived in Istanbul our translator Hamza was so helpful and gave us some great recommendations of places to go as well, he also made sure you had everything you needed. My surgeon dr Orhan Tugrul was a really lovely person and advices what’s best for your body shape. On the consultation he made me feel at ease and to be honest I couldn’t be happier with my results! He really does the best outcome on what you want and your body shape. I would highly recommend having any surgery with surgery TR because they really care, they to me are very trustworthy and everyone on there team is there on anything you need with the after care.

I’ve had procedures with Surgery TR before, and recently had surgery. My experience was 10/10 because of their attentiveness, excellent communication and care. I felt well looked after, and I would definitely go with them again if I choose to have more surgery.

I am happy with my treatment with TR surgery. I came by myself, which was a bit scary but no need to worry Hamza went out of his way to help me, he speaks good English which helped me a lot. I used Surgery TR 6 years ago for a tummy tuck, and have just returned from using them again for a breast reduction and lift. I can honestly say they are an amazing company from start to finish. My experience was very positive from start to finish. Getting (eye)surgery is always scary and especially in a different country. However, I felt in good hands throughout the process from the initial consultation, booking the journey, and the trip/surgery itself. Everything was very smooth, including the private transfer between airport, hotels, and the clinic. The partner clinic was very modern and doctors were friendly and obviously very competent. Overall, it was a great experience and I can only recommend it!

From the first message, I felt in good hands. The clinic sorted everything — airport pick-up, hotel, hospital. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hospital was modern and clean. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, but we made it work with hand signals, smiles, and Google Translate. It was actually kind of sweet. The nurses checked in on me often. The surgeon took time to explain everything. I never felt rushed or ignored. If you're thinking about doing this abroad, I’d say go for it. Amazing team so friendly and helpful. Great communication from the very beginning and excellent ongoing support now at home and recovering. I have had a face and neck lift performed by Dr Teoman and although very early days with bruising and swelling, I am already very happy with the results. I highly recommend Surgery TR and if like myself you are concerned about the travel and language barriers, don't be, in fact if I choose to have any further procedures I would of course use Surgery TR again and feel happy travelling alone.

This company is an agency that connects clients with clinics. I had a hair transplant done through this acency. It far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the amount of grafts i received and the quality of the work. They mapped my scalp and gave the amount of grafts that would produce the result i was looking for, which i believe was 4000 grafts. I will recommend this agency to anyone looking to do the same. The follow up is great too. The whole experience was great.

4.5 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care. I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. The clinic and staff know exactly what they're doing and execute all steps extremely well. I'm only four days post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results. The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious. Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic staff. I don't think the the clinic could operate as well as it does without Hamza. Absolute star.

I had a breast reduction and lift in Istanbul with Surgery TR. I had a great experience. The whole team was very supportive and making sure that I can ask anything. The night at the hospital is definetly a must, I know that in France and Germany we are being sent home the same day as the operation but now that I actually had it I think that spending the first night at the hospital is much better. After that, the hotel I stayed at was nice and the room service was really convenient. I did have my fears leaving the EU for this operation but I have no regret! Everything went great, without struggles and everyone was very helping and caring. I can only recommend.

Had arm & breast lift on the 1st July 2024, the whole experience was amazing! From the minute I landed everyone was friendly the vip transfers was unreal, hotel was great. Hospital was very clean and beautiful, I felt in safe hands with the staff! Dr Teoman is an amazing surgeon put me at ease, answered any questions I had and performed wonders on my body the incisions are so neat anyone who has seen them have complemented them. Whilst out there hamza was so helpful and was by my side all the way helping me with all my needs, also seher and selin has been in touch regularly for checking in and answering any questions I have post surgery. I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite traveling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning. Eager to witness my results once the swelling subsides, I am deeply grateful to the Surgery TR team for their excellent care.

I went to Istanbul for rhinoplasty surgery after a friend and family member recommended tr surgery. All their staff are great and give all the help you could need. All I needed was book my flight and arrive. They help walk you through the process very easily, arranging all the documentation, details, transfers and what ever you need. You also get a representative to come along to hospital appointments etc to ensure everything runs smoothly. I had hamza, he was great. Really nice guy and literally helped with everything I needed. Currently staying at the Hilton hotel recovering from the rhinoplasty surgery on my last day. Lovely accommodation and staff. Located in a nice area close to the dr alper hospital. After seeing what the dr alper had achieved I really couldn’t believe it, he did amazing work and left zero external scarring. I’m very happy to have chose tr surgery and dr alper and would 100% recommend them.
