I recently traveled to Istanbul from the states for a breast reduction and liposuction and can't recommend SurgeryTR more. From day one via text, Sahan was the most helpful partner. He went above and beyond, ensuring my seemingly never-ending slew of questions were answered thoroughly. What started out feeling like a daunting process got simpler and simpler by the day with his assistance. He made sure that I had adequate information from the doctor to make the right decision, and I was impressed by how much more information I was able to get about the procedure, the risks and the recovery expectations compared to other surgeons I had been considering who did not partner with a company like SurgeryTR. Dr. Gokhan Temiz performed my surgery and I am so happy I went with him. I felt completely comfortable with him and his team, and the entire experience at the hospital was very positive. His surgical assistant Tuğçe is truly an angel, she made me feel so safe in the first vulnerable hour after waking up from anesthesia which made all the difference in the world, as well as during the check up/drain removal appointment. On the day, Hamza collected me from the hotel and brought me to the hospital, he thoughtfully translated for me and checked on me throughout the morning to make sure I had everything I needed before it was actually time for surgery. He was on hand 24/7 in the following days, helping me with any concerns and even making sure I knew which nearby pharmacies were open late or what apps to download to get food delivered. Even the driver they arranged to bring me to the airport for my return journey genuinely cared about my well being - he came through security with me and dropped me off with the airline where I had arranged a wheelchair. Having surgery abroad is definitely a challenging experience, and I am so happy I decided to book through SurgeryTR because they took the vast majority of the planning and thinking off of my plate, allowing me to focus solely on recovering. I would recommend them to anyone considering surgery in Istanbul. My one recommendation would be: absolutely bring a companion with you. SurgeryTR took care of all of the logistics and absolutely made sure I was safe/had what I needed to recover. That said, the recovery process from a major surgery is vulnerable and there is no substitute for having a friend or family member there to help you through the worst of it.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery at the end of April, and the overall experience was excellent. The agent was very responsive and followed up with me consistently. The surgery itself was a success—I’m so glad I decided to go through with it, and the pricing was very reasonable. The only suggestion I have is regarding the payment process. When I handed over the cash for the surgery fee to the translator at the hospital, I would have preferred to receive an immediate receipt or a confirmation email. It would have helped ease the slight anxiety I felt in that moment. Overall, I still highly recommend them! Once I reach my weight loss goals, I’ll definitely be back for skin removal surgery.

So I went in for TT/MR/360 vasal Lipo/Arm lift. First off, after I contacted the surgery and got a response from their team (in my case Damla), I had the most amazing experience with her. No question was too much, Damla was wonderful with communication, worked her butt off to help me with anything I needed. I feel she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I honestly don’t know if I could have gone through with it without her hand holding me! The hotel was fab, before surgery it was just lovely and clean and a calm environment. After surgery it was an absolute sanctuary, the staff there (especially room service) was truly amazing, super friendly and supportive. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. I am so happy with my results, Dr Teoman really knows what he’s doing. I’m currently sitting at 2 weeks PO and I’ve had a very smooth recovery so far. The day of surgery I was met by my translator (Hamza) who was the nicest person ever. It’s hard to explain but I felt very safe with Hamza, he just had a very gentle soul and I felt like I was in really good hands with him. He was amazing at communication and both he and Damla were so patient with me. I had to stay in hospital for 2 nights due to the TT, and this was the toughest part for me. Before I continue I want to say that I fully understand that this next part is my fault entirely! But I didn’t realise how difficult it would be, being so vulnerable and out of it and in pain from surgery and be surrounded by a care team that did not speak the same language as me. It made my stay in the hospital so much harder than I expected. Through google translate we muddled through but it wasn’t easy. There were other aspects that made the stay difficult as well, some Of them small, like my food tray being delivered to the room but out of reach and no help to grab it (couldn’t really leave the bed), or the fact that there was music blasting at the nurses station in the middle of the night. At one point the nurses couldn’t find a good vein to put an IV and I had multiple people standing around my bed arguing with each other and jabbing me with needles (exploring for veins in my hands and feet) and none of them stopped to even try to explain what was going on. They also didn’t stop until I was sobbing. So apart from my post op 2 days in the hospital it truly was an amazing experience. I do want to make a note of one nurse who I dealt with for issues or follow ups after I was back at the hotel who was 10/10 wonderful and that was Ozge. I am deciding whether I want to do more surgery. And if I do go through with it, I would definitely go back and use SurgeryTR again.

I had a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction with Surgery TR and honestly I cannot recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they were so communicative and answered every single question and hesitation I had before booking. I was naturally nervous about travelling abroad for surgery but they made me feel reassured every step of the way. As soon as I landed at the airport, I was picked up quickly in a luxury car which instantly made me feel less stressed and more looked after. I then went straight to the hospital for my pre op appointments where everybody was so friendly, professional and welcoming. The minute I arrived, I felt at ease. The hospital itself was incredible. It was spotless, modern and really nice. On the day of surgery, I met with my surgeon who was amazing and so informative. We discussed exactly what I wanted to achieve from the surgery, he answered all of my questions and did all of my body markings. I was absolutely terrified before going into surgery but the nurses were so lovely. They held my hand in the elevator, comforted me and made me feel so much calmer. When I woke up after surgery, I honestly was not in huge amounts of pain like I expected to be. They took such good care of me, made sure I was warm, comfortable and checked on me constantly which was really reassuring. The food at the hospital was also delicious which I was not expecting! After 2 nights in hospital, I moved to the hotel and it was stunning. Throughout my whole stay, if I had any questions or concerns I could always speak to the consultant or translator and they would relay everything back for me really quickly. The day before I flew home, I met with my surgeon again. He checked all of my wounds, made sure everything was healing well and removed my drains. I was encouraged to move around as much as possible after surgery and I’m so glad I listened because I really think it has helped my recovery massively. I am now nearly 3 weeks post op and they are still checking in on me regularly. If I ever have any questions, I never have to wait long for an answer. If you are considering having surgery abroad, I would highly recommend Surgery TR. You are genuinely looked after from start to finish and made to feel safe, supported and cared for throughout the whole process.

From start to finish I had excellent communication, my expectations were absolutely met 💯. We ended up having a flight delayed and had to change flights getting us in later than originally planned but the accommodations were made right away on Surgery TR’s side. Our driver got a flat while we were in transit and he made accommodations to get us picked up right away and to the hotel. My surgery on was with Dr Teoman Eraslan, he performed a Tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 lipo and breast lift with implants. I could not be happier with my results. I did end up receiving a blood transfusion and my nurses were right on top of my care and safety. I would absolutely recommend surgery TR!

I used Surgery TR for rhinoplasty. The process from start to finish went well. Damla and Team were always there (day and night) to support me. Experienced few issues with Language barrier at the hospital, I overcame this using Google Translate. Top tip, definitely take a friend with you, also leave plenty of time for transfer back to airport at busy times.

Wow! What can I say…this has definitely been a great experience. When having surgery abroad you always get told the horror stories. But doing my research I decided to go with Surgery TR as there was a lot of positive feedback and I liked the surgery results. So my experience, mine has been amazing! The coordinators are really friendly and help out on any questions you may need, Seher and Gulsen are really lovely and are always reaching out to see if you need anything and how is your progress going, it’s lovely as they truly care on your before and after care. When we arrived in Istanbul our translator Hamza was so helpful and gave us some great recommendations of places to go as well, he also made sure you had everything you needed. My surgeon dr Orhan Tugrul was a really lovely person and advices what’s best for your body shape. On the consultation he made me feel at ease and to be honest I couldn’t be happier with my results! He really does the best outcome on what you want and your body shape. I would highly recommend having any surgery with surgery TR because they really care, they to me are very trustworthy and everyone on there team is there on anything you need with the after care.

My experience was very positive from start to finish. Getting (eye)surgery is always scary and especially in a different country. However, I felt in good hands throughout the process from the initial consultation, booking the journey, and the trip/surgery itself. Everything was very smooth, including the private transfer between airport, hotels, and the clinic. The partner clinic was very modern and doctors were friendly and obviously very competent. Overall, it was a great experience and I can only recommend it!

From the first message, I felt in good hands. The clinic sorted everything — airport pick-up, hotel, hospital. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hospital was modern and clean. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, but we made it work with hand signals, smiles, and Google Translate. It was actually kind of sweet. The nurses checked in on me often. The surgeon took time to explain everything. I never felt rushed or ignored. If you're thinking about doing this abroad, I’d say go for it. Turkey made it easy, affordable, and surprisingly personal.

Amazing team so friendly and helpful. Great communication from the very beginning and excellent ongoing support now at home and recovering. I have had a face and neck lift performed by Dr Teoman and although very early days with bruising and swelling, I am already very happy with the results. This company is an agency that connects clients with clinics. I had a hair transplant done through this acency. It far exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the amount of grafts i received and the quality of the work. They mapped my scalp and gave the amount of grafts that would produce the result i was looking for, which i believe was 4000 grafts. I will recommend this agency to anyone looking to do the same. The follow up is great too. The whole experience was great.

4.5 0.5 held back for a clinical over compassion-based approach to patient care. I had a breast reduction/uplift and brachioplasty. The entire process was like a well-oiled machine from pickup at airport to hotel check-in, transport to clinic, pre-surgery work, surgery and post-op care. The clinic and staff know exactly what they're doing and execute all steps extremely well. I'm only four days post-op but I very much believe I'll be happy with the results. The bedside manner of the staff is very clinical and was lacking in bedside manner and compassion, but also extremely efficient and conscientious. Although most of the staff speak very little to no English, understandably, Hamza is provided as a sort of patient advocate/conduit. Hamza is the people part of the clinic and makes everything accessible between clinic staff and patient. I was phenomenally grateful for his presence, compassion, understanding and attention to detail in promoting communication between myself and clinic staff. I don't think the the clinic could operate as well as it does without Hamza. Absolute star.

I had a breast reduction and lift in Istanbul with Surgery TR. I had a great experience. The whole team was very supportive and making sure that I can ask anything. The night at the hospital is definetly a must, I know that in France and Germany we are being sent home the same day as the operation but now that I actually had it I think that spending the first night at the hospital is much better. After that, the hotel I stayed at was nice and the room service was really convenient. I did have my fears leaving the EU for this operation but I have no regret! Everything went great, without struggles and everyone was very helping and caring. I can only recommend.

Had arm & breast lift on the 1st July 2024, the whole experience was amazing! From the minute I landed everyone was friendly the vip transfers was unreal, hotel was great. Dr Teoman is an amazing surgeon put me at ease, answered any questions I had and performed wonders on my body the incisions are so neat anyone who has seen them have complemented them. I underwent a BBL, breast lift and reduction, and knees liposuction with the Surgery TR team. Their professionalism and support throughout each phase of the treatment were exceptional. Despite traveling from France alone, I felt in good hands and received superior care compared to what I might have had in my home country. The surgery was successful, my breasts look amazing, and the morning after the liposuction, I can already see my abs, although still quite swollen and bruised. Recovery was remarkably smooth, back to my computer the next day, though sleeping remains challenging due to positioning.
