In June 2024, Complete Basement Systems encapsulated my crawl space and added spray foam insulation. I was very impressed by the work done and the engineering involved. The interior climate of my extension and basement was greatly improved, and my cricket problem was completely solved. There was a roadblock initially, and rather than power through with a quick fix, they went back to the drawing board and returned once they determined the proper solution. You can trust this company to handle any job in your house with professionalism and care.

To fix an ongoing water leak that was getting worse which I thought was entering under the window frames in the basement CBS identified the problem & suggested a cost effective solution to dig out 2 window wells several feet deep to make a dry well, channeling excess water far down into soil. When they were doing the work they also located & sealed a foundation leak around the area the cast waste line came into my home which I did not know was also contributing to the water in the basement. They came on time & finished quickly. They were professional & cleaned up before leaving. One other point. Before CBS evaluated the window leak I had several other “professionals” evaluate the issue & they advised I either need a French drain system or digging on outside foundation to reseal. Neither would have solved my problems & would have cost thousands more. I am happy with my decision to use CBS & would recommend them. UPDATE 8/12/25 of my review 16 months ago. Since CBS completed the process in my basement the water penetration leak(s) I had for decades is completely gone. This Summer my finished Basement has the lowest humidity level ever. I contribute it all to the work CBS did. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! 😁😀

We have had seepage problems in the basement on and off but it was clearly getting worse. Dan from Complete Basement systems came to give me an evaluation of the source of the problem and how to fix it. They were prompt and neat and did a pretty big job of digging out window wells and sealing concrete where pipes came through, quickly and neatly. I waited to review the job because I was half convinced there would still be leaks. Well there are none. Even after all sorts of rain and wind which would have left me vacuuming up water in the past. Nothing, not a drip. And the price was reasonable. I am so happy I trusted their judgement. I would recommend them to everyone .

I used Complete Basement Systems for my finished basement taking in water in 2 different spots when it would rain 1-2 inches. They came for an estimate, explained everything, and answered all of my questions- even if I had questions after and I’d email them. They water tested the areas and determined where the water was coming in. After they finished, they tested it again and no water. The REAL test was last week. My town got 10 inches of rain in less than 3 hours!!! Yard was a pool and my street was a river- yet not one drop of water in the basement! I can’t recommend Complete Basement Systems enough!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used CBS for waterproofing needs in my basement. The first was over 15 years ago and that system is still operating flawlessly. Unfortunately I’ve had some issues with the French Drain pipes that were originally installed many years ago (not by CBS). Although a complete basement rip out could have been warranted, with Daniel’s help we were able to figure out a way of fixing the problem without the stress and high cost of demolishing my finished basement. With the amazing help and support from Jessica, a team (lead by Dave and Tony) was sent to me on short notice and did a great job installing a second pump system which was able to reroute the water that was stuck under the floor and which seeped into the basement through the cove joint every time it rained. CBS is reasonably priced and does a great job making sure the work is done correctly and properly. I highly recommend CBS to anyone that has water issues.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my basement wall crack. Anthony and his partner came on time, the job was done in a professional manner, cleanup you would never know they were there. I can't express just how appreciative of the work that Complete Basement Systems just finished in our basement. Our home was recently built in 2019 and we've had issues with water in our basement beginning a year after it was built. We tried various things to remedy it, but nothing worked. After the recent significant storm we had in September of 2023, and the flooding that came along with it, I contacted CBS. Dan, their director of operations came to take a look and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of water remediation and was very clear in explaining everything to me. Their work crew was equally excellent. Dave and Anthony, the project managers were very communicative and explained every step of the work they performed and answered all of my many questions. They and their crew showed up early every day, worked extremely hard, cleaned up after their work was done and finished the job on time. The quality of their work is phenomenal. On the day they finished we had 4 inches of rain. Most of my neighbors, unfortunately, flooded and our basement remained dry. Our pumps pumped out approximately 4000 gallons of water before any of it reached out basement. They even showed up the following day to make sure everything worked as expected. I can't recommend them enough.

What a pleasure to have such knowledgeable and hard working individuals at our house. Options for waterproofing were identified and discussed and we were able to get on their calendar within a month. They initially estimated a week install an egress window, replaced the front window well and added an ungrounded sump pump with drainage. The job took 4 days and they cleaned up everyday to minimize dust on the main level. What a pleasure to work with this team of gentlemen and the wonderful personnel in the office.

Received estimates from 2 companies. Went with CBS as they were a bit cheaper and a great deal more thorough in their estimate. CBS put in an outside drain and dry well (also insulated the outside wall). Work was done well and on time. The crew was professional and cleaned up. I had a bit of problem that needed to be fixed about a month later (not a problem with the work, just life interfered). They had a guy come and address it within 2 days at no charge. Very happy.

This is a very professional company from the receptionist to the technicians. Found multiple sites in my foundation that needed to be waterproofed. They use a method that is used to repair leaks in major dams like the Hoover Dam! I was very impressed with this! They also test it after waterproofing to make sure it works. The installation went smoothly and their service was excellent. Never had a problem with the pumps and they are still going strong. I highly recommend them!

My experience with the company was a positive one. My basement condition is much improved and the responsiveness and customer service second to none.

Bought a new (but very old house) found out the basement was very leaky. Spoke to many companies but these folks were very knowledgeable and presented a plan to phase in the work to determine the source of the leak before committing to emptying my bank account. They proposed a very reasonable plan and the folks doing the work were very respectful and clean. Very happy with the process and the installation. Will have to wait for big rains next year but if it leaks again, I am more than happy to work with them again on more aggressive solutions.

These guys are great! It’s been two years since I had to work done, and even in the worst rain storms the crawlspace is sealed up and sump pump is doing its thing. We had a minor problem initially (external to work that was done), and within a couple of days the crew came back over, diagnose the problem, fixed it, and there was no additional charge. As a professional home inspector I know quality work and Customer Service are paramount and these guys have it all. And Jessica put up with at least six different phone calls from me and was pleasant and helpful every time!
