On some of your questions below. Depends on some thought on. Like the question that said, your price on what you paid for. That would depends on your technician that worked on it. This technician found different problems that the other technician missed. I told the technician when he was out there working on it that I cleaned it out like eight years With a mouse Nest inside. Later he came and got me and told me there was mice chewing on the wires. And it was just barely hanging on apparently apparently the other technician didn’t see it or didn’t care to do it. That’s when it comes down to money how much you spent question. This technician took his time and looked through everything that need to be done. And I do believe at times that technicians are under the pressure to get As many they can get done per day. Or they have a quote by their employer to get done.. When you have a technician that does a good job and don’t look like he’s under the pressure. They seem to do a better job. Overall, I give the technician a five star.

I was referred to B&B by my real estate agent and they’ve been super friendly and thorough! Chris Petschonek came out today for an efficiency inspection, told me everything I needed to know, and explained things I had a lesser understanding of. I’ve opted for their yearly inspections and cleanings for the peace of mind, and I’ll definitely be hiring them for bigger projects in the future.

Serviced my 97 year old Mom's AC. Polite, professional. Arrived as scheduled. It was evidently a simple fix, but the service was appreciated. Every call or visit from B&B is always first rate - all companies should conduct customer service like B&B. Thank you so much. 3/25/2026 updating my review. B&B continues to offer excellent customer service - efficient, polite, professional, excellent messaging for arrival time. My now 100 yr. old Mom's home and my home both appreciate the Customer Care 2 visits per year membership - reasonable cost for peace of mind to know the Furnace and AC are well maintained and will perform properly as needed. Thanks again B&B!
