Our 4 ton, 18 SEER central a/c was serviced and two surge protectors were installed. He also checked on our attic fan. Something went wrong with the gas furnace. I called them and a tech was at our house in just two hours. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem. A motor had died. The next day it was replaced. We only paid for the labor. The motor was under warranty.

I’ve been with Moore Mechanical since prior to 2013 at 2 homes. They’ve provided excellent service over the years with the installation of a new AC and Furnace for one of my homes in 2023 and a maintenance contract on both homes throughout the years. Today, technician Thinh Nguyen, followed up on a previous maintenance visit on my AC unit. He had diagnosed the problem and came with a new condenser fan motor with parts and labor still covered under warranty. Thinh has always been professional, friendly and forthcoming with any potential issues he uncovers. He quickly installed the condenser fan while explaining each step of the process which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Thinh!
