I've been using Boston Chauffeur for years. I started using them for work and then began using them in my personal life, as well. The main reason: Dependability. I can rely on them to show up at least 15 minutes before my scheduled departure time, with a professional driver who will get me to the airport on time no matter what happens with traffic. The cars are super clean and the drivers will talk if you want to talk and leave you alone if you need to be left alone. I usually talk with them because I have had some memorable conversations that were a real pleasure. Yes, they cost a bit more than a ride sharing service -- but they are also of vastly higher quality so I consider them a great value.

My encounters with Thane and his Team were Professional and Accurate. Our Daughter was married this month with many Families arriving in town and transportation was a moving target. This required some late timing on Vehicles, We were very pleased that Boston Chauffeur had the expertise and logic to make it happen, also the parts of the Fleet for us, were immaculate

We used the service for my daughter's 21st Birthday to take her into Boston for dinner. Mark was very professional and easy to work with. He explained everything very clearly and followed up after the event. The driver was also very professional and courteous. The car was immaculate and very comfortable. All precautions were taken to meet Covid guidelines. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.
