As our group was a little challenging, I spoke with Mark and Laura numerous times, and they were both extremely courteous and professional every time we spoke! They truly went above and beyond. My family and I used Boston Chauffeur on our first big trip as a family of four. Scheduling an SUV was perfect for the many bags and multiple car seats. It removed an element of stress that often comes with travel knowing we would have enough space and arrive to the airport on time. what can I say...my first experience using Boston Chauffeur was because I had received a subpoena to appear for a 9:00 am deposition in Boston. Not being familiar with the city I reached out to Boston Chauffeur . I was picked me up on time; the driver was engaging and kept me distracted with his conversation and humor , Before I knew it we arrived at my destination. At the end of a grueling deposition it was such a relief to to step out of the building and find Boston Chauffeur right outside the door. Great experience... highly recommend this service.
