I can't say enough good things about Boston Chauffeur. I was in a pinch and needed a car service at the last minute. BC came through with an executive sedan without batting an eye. Professional, friendly staff, the dispatcher sent emails when the car was on the way, when it would arrive, the driver's contact info and even a photo of him. The car, a late-model Mercedes, was immaculate inside and out. The driver, Aziz, was every bit as professional and friendly as the office staff. I used BC again when I came back to town on Monday and my second experience was every bit as good. I'll be using BC for all my car service needs from here on in.

We can't say enough positive things about Boston Chauffeur and Kevin! Their customer service was incredible. Kevin was so kind and happy for us on our wedding day. We had a driver bring us to our first look and back to our venue. They also did shuttles from the hotel to the venue (less than a mile) for our wedding party. Everything was totally seamless!

We used the service for my daughter's 21st Birthday to take her into Boston for dinner. Mark was very professional and easy to work with. He explained everything very clearly and followed up after the event. The driver was also very professional and courteous. The car was immaculate and very comfortable. All precautions were taken to meet Covid guidelines. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I highly recommend Boston Chauffeurs they were extremely attentive with emails back and forth for me as I was travelling from Dublin. Joe our driver was amazing & extremely helpful with information and his kind nature was amazing. Thank you to all the team who I was in contact with for making our experience great.
