I've been using Boston Chauffeur for years. I started using them for work and then began using them in my personal life, as well. The main reason: Dependability. I can rely on them to show up at least 15 minutes before my scheduled departure time, with a professional driver who will get me to the airport on time no matter what happens with traffic. The cars are super clean and the drivers will talk if you want to talk and leave you alone if you need to be left alone. I usually talk with them because I have had some memorable conversations that were a real pleasure. Yes, they cost a bit more than a ride sharing service -- but they are also of vastly higher quality so I consider them a great value.

From the very first conversation the communication was second to none,I received texts updating the status from a few days out until arrival, driver was early, he was very polite ,professional, pleasant and accomadting, his driving was so good we didn't even feel like we were moving The vehicle was beautiful and clean and ran smooth and quiet,the interior was loaded with accommodations ,the kids had a blast playing there favorite songs and drinking nice cold water.
