We approached 1st Scenic as we were looking for a new composite door and weren't really sure where to start! David came out to talk to us about the different options, and we also visited them in their Orpington showroom so we could see the different colours, handle types and glass options. We never felt rushed, and David allowed us to take our time deciding. It's often how companies deal with any issues that arise that truly tell you their stance on customer service, and I can confidently say the issue that arose with our door was dealt with swiftly and with our customer satisfaction with the product at the forefront. I am very happy with the end result, and all our communication with 1st Scenic. I will be approaching them again in the next 6-12 months for a quote to replace our windows as well.

Rang to see if they did repairs as my DG door was leaking. Put through to Dan who told me what to do - sadly didn’t work. Dan been round today, spotted the issue immediately ( door was hung inside out) did couple of repairs and showed me others to do when it’s dry. If doesn’t work I’ll get them back to redo the whole thing. Brilliant service and very friendly staff from initial phone call to actually doing the work. Highly recommended.

1st Scenic completed our door installation on Tuesday. It took us a while to decide on which door we wanted, as there were plenty of choices. So happy with the one we chose, it looks totally amazing! The whole team were very professional, friendly and informative. The team worked tirelessly throughout the morning of the installation. They were friendly, very respectful, hardworking and very professional and in what seemed like no time at all, we had our beautiful door! We cannot recommend 1st Scenic enough.

I've used first scenic twice over the last few years as we've modernised our house. First for anthracite aluminum windows in 2022 and secondly to install a porch just recently. I've been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness and I'm happy with how they resolved any issues. The final product is excellent and I would recommend them to others.

Popped in for some advice about water flooding into the office through a door. They offered sealing material free of charge and even offered to help seal the door for a small fee. Although I didn’t need them to do it, as I already have builders handling it, I still really appreciate how friendly, genuine, and helpful they were.

We ordered a new door and a new pane of glass for a patio door and the whole process and cost has been brilliant. On the day of installation it was horrendous weather and the fitter Dave went above and beyond. Unfortunately due to the age of the old door frame he did not have enough material to finish the job. He went off and returned early evening to complete both jobs and did not leave until 8.00pm (on a Friday night). 1st CLASS would highly recommend.

1st Scenic recently replaced a floor to ceiling bay window and a regular window along with a window panel swap. They provided great service with good communication. The installer on the day, Dan, was professional and efficient. He kept us updated on progress and explained any issues to us to make sure any deviations.

The ONLY problem I had with 1st scenic was with the initial contact - it took some time to get a response (I rather suspect that they were very busy, which wouldn’t surprise me given the quality of their work!!) From then on in everything was “spot on”. Good, timely communications. Appointments were attended on time and the installers were actually early on the day. We booked the installation date for our new front door well in advance and 1stScenic stuck to the date. Obviously they are in the hands of their suppliers, but we experienced no problems of any kind. The installers were friendly, speedy and professional. They left our place nice and clean and tidy (which wasn’t easy because, on the day of our install, it was pouring with rain, and the installation team just worked on through it). We were very happy with the quality of the product itself.
