A huge thanks to Charlie at Elite Plumbing. We had an ugly leak inside the wall of our house, turning our basement into a slip and slide. I called Elite in the morning to see when someone could come out. Charlie came out a few short hours later and was able to fix the leak and plumbing during the short visit when I entirely expected to be put on the schedule for another date. Great to work with you, and while I hope to not see you anytime soon, you’ve certainly got our business in the future.

2 days before i was to have a full bathroom renovation done, my boiler stopped working. Of course the boiler I needed was impossible to find. Charlie went out of his way to help me. He found the boiler and installed it for a great price. 5 stars all the way.

Charlie installed two outdoor frost-resistant faucets with new shut-off valves and a 3' section of baseboard. His showed up when he said he would, completed the work at the price quoted, and was prompt and professional in all communication. He moved one of the shut-off valves from where it was burned in a corner of my basement to a much more accessible place without being asked. Very efficient and clean work. I could not have been more pleased and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Elite Plumbing should be renamed Perfect Plumbing. 😀 Where else can you find someone that is trustworthy, not going to try to up-sell you, does quality work and has ridiculously reasonable prices? My clothes washer drain was overflowing. The first quote I got from someone to unclog the drain pipes in the house, was for $1500! Elite Plumbing quoted me $175 - $275. They ended up charging me only the $175! And they did a perfect job! In fairness, the first guy was talking about going up on the roof to drain via the vent pipe, because I suggested someone else did it that way, some years ago. Back then they used a ladder to reach the vent pipe opening, but this guy was talking about going on the roof. Elite Plumbing simply went through the clothes washer drain pipe. I would highly recommend Elite Plumbing!

Dampness in a patio window well turned out to be 20 ft ancient crumbling clay waste pipe under my concrete and bluestone patio. In 90 degree heat Charlie and Dimitri excavated and replaced the old pipe. They worked really hard. Charlie explained that my cesspool was backed up and recommended Payless. Together the two companies solved my problem promptly and efficiently. Great work!

We needed a new plumber to fix a toilet leaking at the base. Charlie came on time, explained why the toilet was leaking at the base, and fixed the problem. I will call him again if I need any plumbing or heating repairs.

Ok first let me start by saying I’m a retired disabled construction worker who has spent 30 years in the business and It’s very refreshing to see a professional,competent,honest and compassionate contractor like Charlie from Elite Plumbing. My Grandfather had a leak in his basement coming from the main shut off valve and since I’m an hour away and unable to preform a job like this anymore I found Elite plumbing online and called for help. My first encounter was with the receptionist who was very kind and knowledgeable,she told me someone would call me back soon and that’s exactly what happened. Not only did Charlie make an immediate appointment for me but he got there early. Now my grandparents are elderly and were there alone and we all know how some dishonest people take advantage of that but not at Elite plumbing, he called me before he got there and called me while he was there. Ok here’s the best part,the valve needed tightening so he did it and then fixed his running toilet upstairs which had nothing to do with the call! Fair,honest ad prices can’t be beat! I am so glad I found Elite plumbing and Charlie. He first unclogged the line from my Washing Machine. The pricing was very fair unlike some of the larger Company's. I made a bunch of calls on a Monday to get estimates for a slab leak repair. Other companies said no one was available until the end of the week. Charlie said he'd be here in an hour to check it out. Well, 45 minutes later, he's here making his assessment on the hot spot on the floor and adjusting the boiler and giving me a very fair and reasonable price. He had a last minute opening THE NEXT DAY and was here chiseling up the floor and running pipe. After buttoning everything up, it turned out that I had TWO leaks! He quickly isolated the problem loop and installed valves to stop the flow of water through my foundation until he could come back and fix the second leak. He came back as promised, half an hour early, and rerouted the pipe for the second leak. NEAT. PROFESSIONAL. PROMPT. WILL ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT HE'S GOING TO DO BEFORE HE DOES ANYTHING. HE PROVIDES WELL THOUGHT OUT AND WELL EXECUTED SOLUTIONS TO YOUR PROBLEMS. Already gave his name and number to neighbors and friends. He's my new go-to guy for plumbing.

Charlie converted our entire heating and water system from oil to natural gas. He installed a combo heating and instant hot water system. After getting numerous estimates, we found Charlie's price to be very fair and competitive. Charlie and his crew were on time, neat, courteous and willing to answer all questions.
