Fantastic service! Friendly and professional driver. My schedule was pretty tricky; the driver preempted my needs in that matter and went over and beyond to accommodate them. The car was comfortable and the ride was smooth. Booking was seamless. Selected a driver and a car within 24 hours of my booking and sent me the full details. Google?? Anyway here goes! Exceptional service again. 5hour flight delay in Madeira! I e-mailed office about 6pm with expected delay and ETA at Birmingham around midnight! The office contacted George and advised him so he did not have to set out earlier. A great relief to see him waiting at M&S shop at BHX at 1am! with swift, calm drive to Cheltenham as usual after turmoil of delay.
