I could not have been more pleased. Alysse is excellent at what she does. She is a buyers agent, so there is never a conflict of loyalties. She was able to guide us through the home purchasing process like no other. There was so much we did not know to look for when evaluating a house. The bones of the house being the most important, foundation, location, roof, deferred maintenance, age and location water heater/s & air conditioner/s etc. When getting the inspection report, she was very thorough to check for over sites and addressing all the issues listed and explaining what our options were. She is incredibly patient and down to earth. I can not say enough good things about her personally and professionally. Great experience! We have been in our home now for 6 months and we love it!

Alysse was absolutely amazing. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of apprehension and didn’t fully understand the process. Alysse took the time to educate us, walked us through each home, and explained what to look for and what to avoid. She invested an incredible amount of time and effort researching every home we were interested in (there were quite a lot), even helping us decide whether a property truly matched our needs.
We had interviewed quite a few realtors before meeting her, but Allysse immediately stood out. From our very first conversation, she genuinely cared about helping us and took the time to guide us on what to consider as first-time buyers ; without any pressure. That authenticity really set her apart.

Verified Allyse was incredible to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we were pretty overwhelmed and unsure about the process, but working with an exclusive buyer’s agent like her truly made a difference. From day one, she was completely focused on our needs and made sure we got the best possible outcome based on what we were looking for.
We had spoken to several realtors before meeting her, but Allyse immediately stood out. That honesty and authenticity really set her apart.
She put in a tremendous amount of time and effort researching every home we were interested in (and there were quite a few!), helping us figure out which ones were actually the right fit. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Alysse. Verified As a first time home buyer, working was Alysse was a wonderful experience. She not only shared her knowledge with us to help us make informed decisions, but utilized her many years of experience to ensure we never made a bad one. She is a prompt and concise communicator, which only made the home buying process that much easier.

I received the updated 2020 book as a gift, and the information on the mortgage/loan process is worth the price alone. I'm in the market for what will be my 4th home, and I am blown away how much I did not know and the standard practice of collusion between realtors, title companies, and mortgage brokers or lenders. Even with the all the changes in regulations required of lenders to shed light of hidden charges and fees, it's amazing how they try to get around things. Since a home is the biggest investment of most people's lives, this book is invaluable.
