Our 11 unit apartment building recently had a large commercial water heater bite the dust, leaving my residents without hot water. Teegarden and their crew got out to us the next day and had a new unit installed within just a few hours. Teegarden has also installed a whole building boiler system for us, as well as servicing/cleaning dozens of gas furnaces each year. Great service, great staff and very competitively priced. I am write good review on teegarden hvac my furnace went out in December the week that we had the coldest weather on a Friday night when I call them on Saturday they was able to work me in and come and give me a price and quote what I need to do with my furnace the young men that came to my house he was honest about everything that was happening with the furnace had to shut it off because because I was in danger in the carbon monoxide coming in the house they was able to order and get it put in a timely manner like they said I would highly recommend them with a five-star if you need a furnace or AC a friend recommended to them and and every word they have told me was true and I see why they get five stars that he was on time they gave me every detail what I need to do how to do it gave me my options of choosing either a new furnace or putting parts and they said it would be cheaper to put a new furnace and then do the parts I recommend of five stars cuz every thing that everybody has commented out there is true about them I experienced the experience with them I'm giving my five Star Plus

Back in December we woke up to no heat. My son has used Teegarden HVAV in the past and had nothing but great things to say about their service, so I made the call. We live in an old house which I’m sure isn’t insulated well. They came out the same day and took care of the problem. Luckily it was a simple fix. I told a co-worker about them when her heat went out in January. They worked with her on getting a new unit. Quick, reliable, experienced, friendly service. Highly recommend!!

We came back from Flordia to a dead furnace on a sunday to a freezing house. Decided to replace furnace and AC with new because of on going problems with the old one that died. Called Teagarden on Monday morning explained our situation and in less than an hour there was someone out to give us a quote. Took the offer and 9:00 the next morning the crew was at the door and tearing out the old and putting in the new Trane furnace and AC. I can’t say enough good things about Teegarden. I had a new structure that they did the hvac for and it required some tweaking and adjustments and they stuck with me the whole way. If something needed to be changed, they made it right. They have communicated with me and if there is ever an issue they are quick to own it and talk it through. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it! My heat went out completely and I had gotten a few different opinions from other big companies before someone recommended Teegarden to me. They came out and were the ONLY honest and trustworthy people I had encountered. They didn’t try to get me to replace things that didn’t need it or tell me to fix things that weren’t broken just to get my money. It is so rare to find people like this and I’m so happy to have found them. They also were fully booked and were able to squeeze me in still and the woman scheduling it for me couldn’t have been sweeter. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m looking forward to using them for all of my HVAC needs moving forward.

What an absolutely incredible team; from the techs to the customer service reps. I had a few unfortunate events occur when I moved into my new home that required my furnace to be fixed. When I first called, they were available at night on the weekend and made sure I had a tech check it out first thing Monday morning! The tech on my case was incredibly nice and professional as well as knowledgeable. The tech voluntarily offered to inspect my AC free of charge knowing that the house inspector didn’t since it was inspected in the winter. This led to the discovery of my AC being broken. The tech was compassionate and gave several suggestions to help me financially. When I interacted with the two reps on my case, I was extremely happy with their customer service. Each interaction felt personal and they went above and beyond to assist me and make me feel comfortable, knowing what my family and I were going through. Everyone moved quickly and I felt like my well being was in their best interest. They also worked with me and my needs instead of just by the books to reach more desirable solutions.

Dominic came out for routine maintenance and a quick fix. Made me aware of things I should be doing to prolong the life of my unit. Very professional, was in and out and very friendly. Not the first time I've used Teegarden. They get all of our business.

Huge shout out to Teegarden HVAC and Dave Turner that hooked us up with a top of the line Trane furnace this week. We had an issue with our old furnace that needed to be replaced, gave them a call and they were able to replace our old system in no time. Dave was able to fully explain all my options and didn’t try to upsale me and gave honest feedback. The technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and also able to explain the system and it’s operation clearly. Not only that, but they were significantly cheaper than the other HVAC companies that had looked at our furnace. Our house is warmer than ever and we can’t wait to see the power benefit of this system. We will be calling Teegarden for any of our HVAC needs moving forward.

I just got my new Trane installed today. The installers were here a little before the expected time, and they were ready to get started. They were very friendly and explained what they were going to do. They each had their job to do and they were very efficient. Teegarden HVAC LLC leads the NKY and Cincinnati HVAC market in professionalism, quality, price, and ethics / honesty. After using a highly advertised local HVAC company who informed me my TRANE furnace had "a cracked heat exchange wall" and "your TRANE warranty is not honored by TRANE so you can pay us $2833 to replace the heater exchange or purchase a new furnace from us for $8000", I felt as if I was being "played". Of course, this unethical company included "if you do nothing, you have a high risk of CO2 poisoning occurring in your own home". After doing some investigative work, I learned of only two TRANE dealers in the NKY / CINCY area, and called one of them: Teegarden HVAC LLC. Teegarden HVAC LLC went way above and beyond my expectations and provided me with the most satisfying and ethical customer service I have ever experienced. Teegarden HVAC LLC not only investigated these bogus findings at my home within 24 hours, they did it all cost free, and discovered: a). My TRANE warranty was 20-years and still active... b). My TRANE furnace was in outstanding condition despite it's 12-year age... c). MY TRANE's heat exchanger did not have ANY CRACKS: NONE! AND... d). There are HVAC companies out there in NKY/CINCY advertising: "let us make your home a happy and pink home", and offer "club discounts". But... BE WARNED... this does not mean they can be trusted. REMEMBER: the bogus and unethical company who tried this type of SCAM is still in business in NKY and CINCY.... so... Take it from me.... I called Teegarden HVAC LLC and they saved me nearly $8000 + and I immediately signed up to be a TEEGARDEN HVAC LLC client/customer. Don't risk calling the others for your HVAC issues... call an ethical and trustworthy company: Teegarden HVAC LLC. Glad I found them when I did.

They've done work for me multiple times on two different houses. 1st was a complete remodel so installing 100% new unit, with new ducts, 2 floors. Our heater stopped working as soon as it got cold! We have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they sent someone out the first thing the next morning and had our heat working again in minutes. I couldn't have been more relieved. Plan on having out for a service soon.
