We love Home Comfort! Our service tech, Allen, has been coming to our home for the last 6 years for yearly maintenance. Additionally, he was the main installer for our new furnace. He is friendly, fast, and goes the extra mile. Twice now, we have had baby birds who end up losing their lives when they decide to check out our heat pump. Allen has cleaned it up without saying anything until after the fact. I’m grateful to him.

Devan is always professional in dealing with the HVAC systems at my house, which are more complicated do to a Crestron System that controls all the house functions including lighting, security, audio and video.

George was pleasant, courteous and competent. Nice guy. He seemed a bit new and might benefit from working beside an “experienced tech” for a few days to develop confidence in customer relations. Also not apparent he was provided with basic info about the system to be serviced despite a few years being on your books.

Devin and Joe did an excellent job. They were patient when I asked them questions and they took the time to ask me for my preference regarding equipment placement.

This is my third project with this company, and they continue to deliver outstanding work every time. It starts with Russell on the sales side—always straightforward and easy to work with. On this latest install, Sam led the job with help from Scott and Mario, and the entire team was excellent. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and handled the challenges of installing a system in an existing home without missing a beat. The electricians were also in and out quickly and did great work. What stands out most is how well the team listens to what you want and then executes at a high level while making sure the system performs the way it should. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I have had my heat pump (originally installed by SulIivan Co. malfunction - continuing to heat beyond the set point several days a week ago. It is now functioning fine. Dan, their service man did identify a short in the thermometer wire. His recommendation was to simply continue using it as it is now functioning correctly & contact them if it reoccurs. That is the route I am taking. Dan was thorough, informative & offered good advice and showed up when I was told he would.

Excellent service. I had to ask for a schedule adjustment at the last minute (Sunday request for a Monday AM appt) and was accommodated graciously. The service for the furnace and mini-split was done efficiently and thoroughly. I like learning about my system and Kedrick explained everything that he was doing. Kedrick is very professional and courteous; I would be happy to have him work on our system again.

Quick and errecient repair. Very professional.

After replacing the furnace filter, the furnace stopped working! After unsuccessfully trying to start it again, I called the office in the evening and left a message. I received a prompt call back in the morning and was scheduled for service 3 hrs later. Andrew came and fixed the problem in a few minutes. The part that maintains the flame for the blower had been dusty, a pure coincidence. He was very nice and efficient and I was very happy with the promptness and the amount charged.!

Liked that reminder to make appointment was conveyed by email instead of phone call. Gave me time to think about what day would be most convenient. Office staff was pleasant and helpful as was technician. Overall great experience.
