We hired Mr. Burk to represent us for a personal injury case. However we had a pending case that Mr. Burk chose to represent us probono on. We were 45 minutes late to court, Mr. Burk was there early and convinced the judge to wait for us to arrive. This had been our fifth time at court for this case, but the first time since hiring Mr. Burk. Once we arrived, the opponents attorney was cut-throat.In under 10 minutes, Mr. Burk stood up and simply explained that the case was all hearsay and presented a motion for dismissal. Assistance with Speeding Ticket Mr. Burts assisted me with a speeding ticket, and as this was my first time, I was unsure of what to do or whether or not to get representation. Upon deciding to get representation, I avoided what would have been excessive court fees (paid a reduced amount) and got the level of my citation lowered. Communication was great about what actions he was doing on my behalf, what information he needed from me, and I was essentially worry free.
