I am not fully satisfied with this business due to inconsistencies in their process and pricing. Their website states that the standard apostille service costs $75, and when I called to confirm, they assured me that would be the total for one document. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged $250 for a single document in both English and Polish. I was later informed that doing it in a second language counted as a separate document, but this was never mentioned in our phone conversation or during any other communication. Additionally, I was charged $20 per document and $15 per signature in filing fees—charges that were not disclosed upfront. I feel misled, especially since my card was charged much more than I expected. While they completed the service in 6 days, for the amount I paid, I could have had it done in 2 days elsewhere. Overall, I believe if they had been transparent about their pricing from the beginning, this could have been avoided. Unfortunately, I feel taken advantage of and wouldn’t recommend them. There are plenty of other businesses with clear and honest pricing.
