My experience with Dr. Weber was atrocious as well, like described by another patient. The visit took 3 minutes the most and ended up by requesting an MRI of the wrong area. Felt like a number card, moved from one place to another. Paid zero attention to me and my concerns. Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare and the staff is very dismissing.

First experience with Dr. Burkhart was exceptional. Really loved his ability to cut to the chase and clearly lay it out! Recommend highly!

I've seen Dr Reuss twice now, and he was very kind both times. He explained things well and showed compassion while doing a procedure on me. I would absolutely recommend both him and the facility. The nurses and X-ray personnel are great as well as the front office staff. Edit: A special shout out to Maria, who is his scheduler. She is such an example of exemplary customer service, and has been so incredibly kind to me. She worked very hard to make sure I got a surgery date that worked well for me. She called one day to set up a follow up appointment and I had laryngitis, so she suggested we text so that I wouldn't strain my voice. I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone who was so kind and thoughtful. Also his PA whom I saw after my shoulder surgery, Melissa, is fabulous. She helped rig up my sling so that it wasn't putting so much pressure on my neck, she explained things very well, she even showed my husband now to give me a neck/shoulder rub so that I could relax my neck. Dr Reuss' nurse, Lola (?), was so gentle taking out my stitches. The entire team works together so well, and I cannot recommend them enough!
