My technician, Michael Fields II, assures me that all is well with my systems. I trust his assessment so feel confident that we will stay cool this summer and be warm this winter. He was polite, friendly, considerate, and EXTREEMLY popular with my pets. Bodhi and Baxter, one of the 2 dogs and one of the 2 cats, were very happy to follow him everywhere in the house. All 4 pets waited for him each time he went outside and made sure to get pets upon his return.
