We worked with Demitri on purchasing our home sauna. It was easy to order the kit and they delivered it to our house. It was just installed and I'm sorry I didn't get one sooner. The quality of everything that came in the kit is top notch. Wonderful, local company to deal with.

I got in touch with Bsaunas USA as I was looking to install a 5’x8’ custom sauna in a pool house I was having built. They were very helpful when I called and Alex accommodated my schedule to meet during off hours to go through build and design options. I also hired them to install it. When the installer arrived, we discovered the room was framed to smaller dimensions than expected. Vadim made adjustments on the fly and now we have a sauna we are very happy with. Coordinating and timing the electrical work was a bit of a challenge but at the end of the day it all worked out. Overall a very positive experience.

Reached out to Alex and within 2 weeks I had a sauna delivered, assembled, and ready to go. Alex was extremely easy to work with and schedule with. The guys that came to assemble were clean and efficient. Knocked out the entire project in under two days. Once the electrician made the connections, heater started right up. No no time it was 200 degrees. Love it. Thanks Alex!

Wow! Just wow. Blown away. We just had our first session in our new, custom sauna. Alex and the entire team - including the partner electricians - at Bsauna USA are amazing. Alex is very patient and kind, he took the extra time to really go through each option available and help me select the best sauna for our situation. The sauna kit came when they said it would, and when a piece was damaged in shipping, they quickly sent a replacement. It was just what we needed on a cold winter night. We called the night before and Alex was so helpful and accommodating. We ordered sauna for the following day. He was on time and set everything up for us and taught us how to use the sauna. And then the fun began! Everyone, from kids to adults had a blast. We even jumped into snow! Oh that feeling that comes after you climb out of a snow bank and go back into the sauna - you can’t explain it - you must experience it. In the morning Alex came and picked up the sauna, and all we could talk about was how much we want to own one. It is definitely the most amazing experience you can have, especially in winter, and we will definitely repeat. We will certainly rent it again. Thank you Alex.
