Called RR Elecrtric to do some work on our main panel and patio lighting. Hector M. and Hector R. were here the very next morning. They were prompt, professional, worked clean and were very kind and friendly. They did a great job overall. We are having them back for a panel upgrade. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend RR to friends and family. Coming back to add to my previous review as we just had our panel upgrade completed. Hector did the panel upgrade and did a fantastic job - we went from 100amps to 200 and it's awesome! We appreciate all of his hard work. The whole team at RR is professional and courteous. They're very good at communicating about the various inspections and steps involved in the panel upgrade. The stucco and paint repair also looks fantastic. We are very pleased with their work and will undoubtedly be calling again in the future when we need electrical or hvac support.

Incredible all around. Every person I interacted with was superbly professional and real, with a great sense of humor. Brandon was extremely thorough in his inspection of my extremely old unit, communicated clearly and helped me to make the best decision for going forward with a new unit. Gary was fast and detailed with his estimate assessment, patient explaining everything. And Riley and another worker I forgot the name of, came out and installed everything within a few hours, even cleaned up after themselves. Did a complete revamp and it looks amazing. Very very happy. If only I had taken before pictures. A very respectful and top tier company on all fronts. Definitely happy I found RR and look forward to working with them in the future for maintenance and such. TEN STARS!!

While my initial experience with the purchase of a new HVAC included a number of frustrations during and after the installation, I want to recognize that once the issue was escalated to management, they took it seriously and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. The General Manager reached out directly, listened to my concerns, and made a genuine effort to address the situation and make things right. I appreciate the professionalism and willingness to resolve what had been a very frustrating experience. Because of that follow-through and accountability, I’m leaving my review to reflect the way the company handled things in the end.

Hector M. is extremely thorough and nice! He was able to check things in inside/outside that previous electricians have never looked at before. And I appreciate it very much!

These people are great. I've used them twice now and both times the service has been fantastic. Their prices are reasonable, the office staff are great to deal with, their contractors show up on time, and they do the job right. I certainly hope I don't have problems in the future, but it's good to know that there's someone I can call if need be!

Today Hector Mendoza came and serviced our electrical panel. It was out of warranty, yet he reinstated the warranty so I didn't get charged. He recommended me to have the surge protector for safety reasons. He helped me get it financed as I always take advantage of 0 financing. He also helped me with my other minor electrical-related matters. He is professional, knowledgeable and with excellent customer service. He is an asset to the company and I highly recommend him and RR.

Hector diagnosed quickly and did an excellent job finding the problem. Extremely polite and well groomed. Would recommend this technician to fix any electrical problem.
