Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with Manu Adventure India on their 2 days/1 night Triund trek. The entire trip was very well organised from start to finish, which made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.
My guide Ranu was fantastic. He was incredibly patient with me as I was a bit slower than the rest of the group and he made sure I never felt rushed or left behind. He also shared lots of interesting details about the area, which made the trek even more enjoyable and informative.
The trek itself was beautiful and everything was well arranged. We had a tasty dinner and breakfast included and the bonfire in the evening was a really nice touch after a long day of hiking. The tents were provided at a private campsite, which made the overnight stay comfortable and well organised.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Manu Adventure India to anyone looking to do the Triund trek.

Verified Gorgeous scenery and the owner Manu is very friendly. I would invest in a walking stick as it is definitely not for beginners and takes about 7 hours to complete. But the view is out of this world and the food they provide is very delicious!

We were a group of eight “corporate majdoors” hunting for a hygienic, premium trek. After 9 km, you deserve pampering and real food. Manu Adventures delivered more than we expected.Their staff were professional and efficient. Our trek lead, Anuj, was calm and confident, with 17 years of experience. Dinner had so much variety we joked we don’t get this much at home. Tents and gear were spotless.We came back happy, full, and impressed. In a crowded market, this is a gem. Highly recommended.

Verified Best trip ever!
Wow! Where to begin! Our trek with Manu Adventures was a dream. I reached out several days before we were due to arrive in Dharamsala and asked if they would be able to accommodate me and my father on a last minute over night trek to the top of triund. Vaishalee, Manu’s customer service representative was very nice and helped me book the trek over what’sapp and gave me all the directions we needed to know before arriving in Dharamsala. We would meet her later in Dharamsala and she was just as lovely in person :) I was concerned about my fitness level, and my father’s ability to make the climb, but she assured us we would be fine. When we got to Dharamsala, we met with Manu at the office and right of the bat he was funny, inviting and very warm. He also assured us again that the guide would take us up the route as slow as we needed to make the trek as safe and enjoyable as possible. It was the night before Diwali, so he also warned us that the campsite would be crowded, but he had told our guide to set a place for us away from the large crowd. The next day we met our guide Ranu and started off. Ranu was extremely kind, knew the trail very well, and was friends with every other guide and cafe owner along the way. He was extremely patient with our slow pace and checked in often to make sure we felt safe and ok. He pointed out trees and animals along the way, and answered our many questions about the trail and Himachal Pradesh. The trek itself was beautiful, physically it was demanding but there are plenty of place to stop and catch your breath, get a cup of chai and a bottle of water (make sure you bring cash with you for the cafes). we had hiking boots but many people did it with normal running shoes, including Ranu. Ranu made getting the tents and sleeping bags very easy, and knew exactly where and when to take us around the crowded campsite for food and chai. He put so much work into getting firewood and building a fire for us, and made sure we were all set for the night and next morning. Our story does not end there! As a testament to how kind and open Manu and his team are (we would come to learn that Ranu and Manu are brothers!) he invited us to meet the rest of his family and spend Diwali with them, as we were traveling alone and had never been to India before. Everyone in Manu’s family was so kind and welcoming and it made this whole trip to India a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me and my dad. We had the best time ever getting to know them and are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. I am so happy to say that through Manu Adventures we have made amazing new friends and beautiful memories. If you are doing any traveling in Dharamsala, or anywhere else in India book with Manu adventures! You are guaranteed to have a great time.

The arrangements were easy and the cost very reasonable. More importantly, the trek was fantastic! Our guide, Ranu, accurately described the route and was both patient and motivating. The trek itself was more on the demanding side of a beginner trek, mostly because of the altitude, but the reward was the view from the top. Purely spectacular! The vegetarian meals were delicious and the tent and sleeping bags were cozy even in late October. Most importantly, Manu (and Ranu) became like family, welcoming us into their lives in the warmest fashion. One of the best travel experiences I have ever had.

We are a family of 4 adults. We went on a three day trek from Bagsu to Triund, and continued up to snow line at Laka Glacier. The trail itself is comfortable though we felt more sure with the wonderful and patient guide that came with. The views are breathtaking from morning to night. Manu adventures provided us with great conditions and flexibility from start to end, and did everything for us to have a good experience.

Manu adventures we extremely professional and arranged a brilliant trip with lots of nice stopsDue to the extended monsoon and landslides we had to make some last minute changes. Verified The trek was amazing! The guide was really supportive and knowledgeable. This is not an easy or straightforward trek, but it is very worth it when you reach the summit and take in the views. I dis not expect that we would have to cross large snowy patches, the company should have informed this beforehand. The tents and other facilities are good, I have nothing to complain about. Food was delicious as well. In the mountains, everything is harder to come by and more expensive, and I don't think many people understand this. My 4 friends and I had such an amazing time on this trek! The itinerary for ours was ~3000 meters up in 9km the first day, then trek 1/2 way down the second day, and all the way down the next morning! Manu was very helpful and attentive! He also had an amazing guide for us! When we flew in there was a driver to pick us up and take us to the Manu Adventures office. We then unpacked some of our heavy luggage and started the trek! The food was amazing and we were warm in our tents with the correct clothing. Make sure to bring layers as it gets pretty cold at night! Just as a heads up, the way up is relatively steep, so be sure your legs are in proper shape, and the way down can be rough on the knees. The views are so worth it!

From organising and booking Hotels, travel (cars and an overnight sleeper train) as well as guides, he also provided us with an itinerary to make sure we made the most of our time in india. Manu and his team were also amazing for the 5 days we spent on hiking and camping and i couldn't fault them at all !

Manu and his are super organised and well trained unit. We had a wonderful experience on the trip. In fact I wish to add here that the staff and guides on the trip have taken utmost care and guided us efficiently at all levels. We had the trek along with our 11 yr old daughter and trust the incident management and hospitality were amazing. Treks are always having a surprise element due to un predictable weather conditions but manu adventures team are very well equipped with logistics and management to overcome and pass through such events. I had the best solo trekking experience ever. From breathtaking views to interacting with locals it was incredible. With a physical limitation, I found the trek to the snowline moderately difficult. Hat's off to my guide Rohit for keeping me motivated and understanding my body and its limitations. Maintained a well paced trek with appropriate breaks between climbing. Would not have reached the snowline without his direction and mindset. Every package inclusion listed while booking was fulfilled including meals and stay facilities. A special mention for base camp caretaker Karan who made my camping experience memorable. Highly recommend Manu Adventures if you want to experience adventure in good spirits. They provide a perfect blend of everything. Cheers!

Verified Indrahar pass during monsoon season? Check!
I was planning my trip from abroad and Manu was very helpful helping me figure out what would accommodate best to my needs. He helped me arrange transport from airport, trek, hotel, as well as private car to Amritsar. I was very thankful for his quick response since i was organizing from US and there are 10hrs difference.
We did the 4 days 3 nights trek to indrahar pass. It was very challenging but really worth it! We did the trek during monsoon season, but on the ascent day we lucked out with great weather.
Manu has been running adventures for almost 20 years, so he knows what he is doing.
