Avenue We have been staying at the Avenue for several years and enjoy every stay. Great staff and I love the point system.

Welcome back! Many people have written about the Avenue Inn and the wonderful amenities offered. I choose to write about other things that bring us back year after year. There is a very large indoor pool and a steam room as well as a super hot tub. Another feature is the gym that has all the equipment one might need away from home. Another less known room is a lovely sunny library filled with books and all types of games suitable for all ages. The Avenue Inn also has a bulletin board that lists anniversaries, birthdays and other important information about their current guests. All of these features make guests feel at home and very comfortable with lots of choices of activities within the Inn itself.. We have recommended the Avenue Inn to single friends, our daughter planned a get away for abo9ut 8 of her friends, we take our family each year. So you see, there is something for everyone, no matter the age or interest. Right outside the doors are shops and the beach is just a short walk away. We hope you will enjoy your stay; as much as we do ours.

Relaxing and wonderful stay Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. The hotel is clean and accommodating. I love the space off of the dining area for relaxing and game playing. The kids did not care about tv or devices. I planned to stay for just a night and quickly booked another night. I did not use the spa but the store has everything you need to relax.

Love this place and will return We stayed at Avenue 2, which is a separate building and a little less expensive. We faced the street and the balcony looks out for a great view!! The room was clean and had everything you would need for a great stay. The main building is gorgeous and has so many amenities!!! We were only a hop skip and a jump away from stores, the main street and the beach. This place is in a phenomenal location and is beautifully decorated and designed. Breakfast was great as well. Fresh made potatoes, omelettes, fruit and everything else you would expect and then some. We love this place and will be back!

A most enjoyable stay! Pretty much only really good things to say about our three-night stay at Ave. Clean, comfortable, and appealing room (with a distant but certainly visible ocean view - thanks John!). Great to have a fridge AND microwave in the room (alas, few hotels have in-room coffee makers anymore). The wine-and-cheese and milk-and-cookies hours were a welcome touch. Happy with the complimentary breakfast room (including pancakes and eggs (not just many hotels' "continental" pastry items)) and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Used the indoor pool three times -- once was a bit chilly, the other two perfect! Loved the lobby chalkboard noting local discount dining options for the day. Room was cleaned daily, room temperature was always pleasant, big LG TV with many channels, comfy bed. Our room's little balcony was nice (though, this being mid-March, it was too cold or wet out to really use). Enjoyed the lobby's cozy side reading room with an actual fireplace. My wife had a massage at the spa and said it was excellent. Only quibble - we arrived in town several hours earlier than we anticipated, so in order to get a room rather than wait till afternoon check-in, we had to pay an extra $50 (worth it, honestly). On our last day, when we asked for a late check-out (1pm instead of 11am), we were granted an extra half hour but told anything later than that would be another $50. No thanks - we were fine with the half hour. However, at 11:15, a cleaner knocked on our door (despite our having the Do Not Disturb sign still on the doorknob); he'd obviously not being told we had the room till 11:30. We exited at 11:20, slightly annoyed but no biggie. Overall, would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

The Best Hotel of Rehoboth Beach The Avenue Inn &Spa has become our “ go to “ whether a quick little reprieve from every day life or a summer vacation . The Avenue’s impeccable cleanliness, the fragrance throughout the Inn, warmth and welcoming do indeed make you feel welcomed and a bit “ special “! The rooms are always top notch prepared for your arrival- well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Throughout the hotel it is quiet, clean and staff friendly and always helpful. If you have a “ need “ it is addressed instantly. Wonderful amenities- the breakfasts always so delicious, 24/7 hot coffee &teas, and the evening “ treats” whether you want to attend the wine & cheese social , or are a “ big kid” ( or bringing some ) and indulge in chocolate chip cookies - which are delicious! My husband & I regularly exercise; we enjoy having a in house gym along with sauna, pool and hot tub, and use these when staying at the Avenue . These amenities are a wonderful benefit of staying at The Avenue Inn. I could go on and on of all the wonderful offerings of The Avenue Inn - We give it a rating of 5/5 stars .. it’s the best in area !

Wonderful Place to Stay This is our 3rd year staying here and we love it. It so clean and the breakfasts are delicious. The location is perfect, close to the beach & shopping. Never disappoints.

Perfect getaway in Rehoboth. Absolutely wonderful Inn. Very quiet, restful and the hotel staff was very attentive to your stay. Rooms were outstanding, as was the included breakfast and other amenities including a pool, the spa, steam room and hot tub. Only two blocks from Rehoboth boardwalk.

The Avenue…like coming home This is truly my favorite hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with such warmth that it genuinely feels like coming home. The staff treats everyone like family and goes above and beyond to make every stay special. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and always immaculate. Every space is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and inviting. It’s rare to find a place that feels both elegant and so genuinely warm at the same time. The employees Michael, John and Blair are so accommodating and truly love to make sure everything is perfect and show sincere interest in you. The complimentary wine and cheese, cookies and milk, pool and hot tub and Norma’s delish breakfast served with care and a smile are beyond anywhere I have ever stayed!!! I can honestly say when we arrive we are greeted so kindly like coming home and I am always so sad to leave…until next time❤️
