Carmen Jewellers has friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist you. They'll help guide you through many different styles of watches you may not have considered before, while answering any questions you may have about them. This is how I ended up selecting the watch I purchased from them. They are also one of the only Jewellers north of Perth that sells the more premium range from Seiko! It's great to have access to this range of products closer to home, and to receive great service on your purchasing journey is a definite plus. I would absolutely recommend Carmen Jewellers to anyone who is looking for jewellery and watches. Update in 2024, 3 years later: I have shopped at Carmen Jeweller's more since my initial review and still recommend them 110%. Umaima makes the entire process easy and straightforward, while still providing an excellent customer experience, a total opposite to any other jewellery store I've shopped at.

Carmen Jewellers went above and beyond expectations when I presented with a Chain and St Christopher Medal that required a larger bale so that it would fit comfortably on Chain. This was Sunday last and when I mentioned that it was for my Grandson who was leaving for enlistment in the Army the following day, the young jeweller, Paige, said she would do it for me that afternoon. It was ready by 4pm and perfect. Our grandson is now in the Army with his Keep Safe St. Christopher Medal. The staff at Carmen Jewellers are friendly, very helpful and are amazing. I took my grandmothers emerald ring in for repairs as one of the claws was damaged. Staff were extremely helpful and suggested that all claws be repaired and the ring re rhodium plated. They quoted me a price and I went ahead with it, my ring was ready in just over a week and I was thrilled with the result, the ring looks like it has just been purchased (it’s over 70 years old!!!) I took my watch to this store after being tricked by an Indian jeweller at Mirrabooka store. He couldn't realise that the way the watch was linked meant it was falling apart!!! Wanted to charge me $321 to fix it!! All I wanted was a little mark removed. The woman at Midland was very professional, recognised that the watch was ok and didn't need fixing. I'm so happy I chose Carmen to remake my jewellery, and I'm over the moon. I highly recommend them - don't go anywhere else! I chose them as the pieces in their store were beautiful, artistic, and refined without being over chunky or flashy as I needed a jeweller that could work in a timeless style. The ring I needed remade was to turn a shocking insurance replacement of a sapphire ring closer to the original I missed. The insurance replacement was uncomfortable to wear, sharp, and the insurer's jeweller seemed to only make large solitaire rings so they could not get the finer details right. Carmen took the time to model carefully off old photos, adjusted to model based on additional photos, and it's exactly how I remember. I'm so happy to have my ring “back” - they nailed it! I also wanted some earrings remade in Rose Gold as I don't wear White Gold much anymore, and part of it has started snapping. They replicated it perfectly with fittings that are discretely stronger than the originals and I am over the moon! They look better than when they were new. They also did the insurance certificates for my rings and cleaned them up like new. I'm not exaggerating when I say I highly recommend them - they are talented, provide excellent service, and know their stuff.

Extremely happy with the fast, efficient service I received today. I put a pendant in to have a link modified/replaced to suit a larger necklace at the Joondalup store today. The lady salesperson there was very knowledgeable and friendly and really took time to listen to my requirements. The repair was done within the hour instore on a busy Saturday morning. I even received a SMS to inform me the repair was complete and ready to be collected. Coupled with the fact that they sell a very select range of Seiko watches exclusive to Carmen it’s my go to place for a limited edition time piece like the Seiko Alpinist range, a Ginza or GMT or a unique piece of expertly crafted jewellery.

I recently discovered Carmen jewellers when I needed a stone replaced in a pendant I treasured ! They found me a beautiful emerald that fitted both my pendant and budget ! And when I went over my lay-by for a ring I purchased for my sons birthday they were very understanding giving me another month to pay it off !! Besides having the most beautiful jewellery Carmen jewellers display are rare thing nowadays of caring for their customers !! Carmen is a real gem pardon the pun but seriously I would highly recommend anyone to go to them for their jewellery -alterations or advice - Just lovely people

Absolutely fantastic service. The customer service from the director over email and the gentlemen Riddhish in the Midland store was the best service I’ve probably received in forever. The quality of workmanship in resizing two very expensive and intricate rings, with an overnight timeframe as an emergency before my wedding, was exceptional. I will use Carmen for all my future jewellery repair needs and look forward to doing business with them again. Highly recommend. Thanks everyone. So happy.
