I came here on recommendation from my primary physician after a disappointing experience elsewhere. I did not think I would be able to recover from my hip and back pain but this therapist has been wonderful. He has also incorporated my neck and shoulders as he has explained that everything is connected, the same that my orthopedic doctor has said. He has even improved my balance. I would highly recommend TheraCave for high quality physical therapy with positive results.

Very happy with the treatment with Hesham, they are always on time and it’s always a pleasant experience to be here, the office is very clean and nice. I have received a dry needling, scraping and personalized exercise program on the app which all help my knee pain to go away.

Hesham was absolutely amazing. I got a quick adjustment and stretch session. I have a job that requires me to sit down for long periods of time and my shoulders feel very tight. At the end of the session it felt like he took 40 pounds of my shoulders.

I came in with constant back pain between my shoulder blades that had been bothering me for a long time. After just one session, the difference was incredible. The therapist used a combination of dry needling, myofascial release, and the Graston technique with tools, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. The pain that was always with me is now gone, and I finally feel relief and freedom in my back. Highly recommend this place if you’re struggling with stubborn pain.

Was an amazing experience i had knee pain and when i say it went away after the scraping. And finding out that I need more circulation in my knee and more movement. Highly recommend.
