Knowledgeable technicians arrived at our house, diagnosed our issue, and explained everything very well. Importantly, they came during the window of time they told us they would arrive. As a follow-up, we had CK replace our fireplace insert. They did so in a clean and efficient manner. As well, they took the time to explain all of the new fireplace functions carefully. Their price was fair, the service level from everyone was excellent. We found it a pleasure to deal with CK Mechanical.
