Their service starts when you have a problem and you really need them. Lucy has been fantastic taking care of me twice in two years when my van was run into. Being insured by Spitz and Miller for 21 years. In this 21 years I've never had such of a great experience with an established local insurance company. Lucy at Spitz and Miller has been my agent this whole time and she was recommended by my friends dad when I was 24 and bought my house . Before dealing with lucy I always had some weirdo insurance companies that were not the greatest but I was young and pretty dumb. Lucy tought me to not to be under insured, it's only a few dollars more to have the better coverage in this sue happy world. I've had a couple of claims over the years and were very painless to deal with and have nothbad to say about the Spitz and Miller team! If my agent was out of the office other team members helped me out with zero issues. I highly recommend the Spitz and Miller team ....5 stars all the way!
