I called Jeff the same day that I talked to the warranty people. He was very professional over the phone and ordered the part for my fridge right then, setting up an appointment for a few days later. He called the day before to confirm the time. Jeff showed up on time and was great to work with. In a matter of minutes my fridge was back in service. Thanks!
